There were several cobwebs & live spiders found upon entry as well as throughout the entire house in every room, hallway, and closet. After discovering the broken toilet seats, I realized that the bathrooms had not been cleaned, neither had the rest of the house, including dirty table tops. Doors to the exterior were not locked which means that anyone could’ve walked in the home. There were also live roaches found inside the home, I have an allergy to roaches so it was a very unsafe environment for me to be in. I had a very late check-in since my flight didn’t get in until late at night so it was very upsetting to walk into this rental just to discover all the issues that should have already been identified and fixed by the property manager. I kept messaging the owner to inform them of the several issues and although they were responsive thru messaging, that still did not resolve my issues considering my guests would be showing up that next day so I only had a small window of 10p-7am to get the house cleaned before my guests arrived. I missed out on sleep due to the amount of cleaning plus it was very hard to feel comfortable with sleeping in the house considering the bugs. I did not expect to have to be a property manager, bug exterminator, and cleaner while on vacation. I’ve attempted to resolve reimbursement with owner but it didn’t go well. At this point all I can hope for is that the owner does the right thing of providing reimbursement for this terrible experience.

Our family had a wonderful time. The photos really did not do justice to the home. Clean, comfortable, well keep, the beds were very comfortable our young people enjoyed the games. Thank you so much.

Everything was so clean and beautiful, definitely would recommend this property.

My wife and I booked this amazing house for our friends and family to stay in while we celebrated our birthday with different activities in the surrounding area. It was great! All the bedrooms are spacious. The kitchen had all of the essentials. And the host was great with communication. Overall 10/10!
