House was very nice - particularly to outdoor space. Also probably one of the best stocked properties we have rented. We really appreciated not having to go buy the little things that come up often with these rentals. The outdoor patio, pool and hot tub were the real win of this property. We spent a good deal of time outside - and there was space for everyone in both sun and shade. The pool was a little cold in late March...which the owner was clear about before we booked. Our only issue was the hot tub was a little difficult to get hot and ofter took several hours to do so daily. Would have been better if it was hot when we wanted it to be. All-in-all a great Spring Break stay and we will likely return again in the future.

The accommodations were very nice and the location is easily accessible to the airport, golf courses and dining/shopping. Bernadine responded almost immediately to a couple of questions we had so that was appreciated. Highly recommend this home.

My family and I had an amazing time at thie property! The host was very responsive and accommodating, and the pool and hot tub were a great bonus! The kids would have been content to spend every day by the pool! From this location it was about 3 hours to the Grand Canyon, and we also spent some time hiking White Tank (about 25 mins away) and Papago park (about 30-40 mins away). Very close to shopping and lots of dining options.

We were in town moving parents into an assisted living facility. We were very busy during the day, but felt as if the house was a wonderful respite refuge that provided us with some peace at the end of some difficult days. Bernadette was very responsive and an excellent host.

We rented the house so we could visit with family in the area. We were blessed with rain and cooler than normal days. Comfortable beds. Hope to stay again.

The property was completely well maintained and clean. There were all the amenities I would need to make my stay comfortable. Pool toys, towels, bath and kitchen needs, BBQ! The owner even helped me immediately connect to the stations I was looking for on TV. It was a perfect visit and I hope to come back soon!

The house was as listed. Clean and everything you need to stay for the week. The putting green is a nice touch and enjoyed the spa. The master bedroom is epic and all beds were comfortable. Thanks for a great stay.

If we could give 10 stars we would. This house is amazing. Super clean, well laid out, organized ( loved how everything was labeled) and in a great neighborhood. Pool and putting green adds to the entertainment. Host has great communication with renter and answers all questions quickly. We definitely will be a return renter.

Great backyard for kids to swim! Spa was great! Easy to heat! Owner was very easy to communicate with and answered any questions. Near shopping and grocery stores. Nice park within walking distance. Would stay again if we are ever in the area 😎🌴

Great house for family getaway! Well equipped kitchen, lovely, comfy living and dining room, and great backyard for sunning, spa time and pool. It was too cool to swim, but we were able to use the spa in the afternoon when it finally got heated up. We even enjoyed grilling out one afternoon! Great neighborhood for walking and shopping nearby. Recommend this property for a family getaway!

Our overall experience was fabulous! The home is clean, very spacious rooms, with a nice kitchen equipped with all you need to prepare and serve meals, the backyard patio with the pool and spa were the added touch in staying at this home and it did not disappoint. Although the temperature in the summer months are scorching and the pool is on the hot side when first getting in during the afternoon, but at night its a nice warm feeling to your body after a day playing baseball games with teenage boys. The pool basketball was a big hit with the boys! The location of the property is so great and accommodating. It is close to grocery stores, retail outlets and abundant of restaurants to choose from when you need a night out. Peoria Sports Complex is the closest, but Surprise and Camelback are not that far away. The host, Bernadine, is a lovely soul, very attentive to your needs and responds quickly when any issues. Our only issue was when the salt water pool was building up with algae because of the summer heat, but one text to Bernadine was needed and within 10 minutes her pool guy game and took care of the issue., so impressed! We can tell the person she is by how well she maintains her home. I highly recommend this home for your stay in the Peoria/Glendale/Surprise area, you will not be disappointed. We will definitely stay there again in our travels to this area.
