Beautiful condo. Highly recommend.

The condo was really nice. We loved the location. We had a problem with master shower which was fixed promptly. The condo could use some more detailed cleaning.

Absolutely enjoyable, wish the weather was warmer but Mother Nature doesn’t always adjust to your schedule. Could not have asked for a better place to stay.

Rented this condo for a family vacation. There were 9 people total. Six adults and three young kids. This property was so nice! It’s exactly how it looks in the photos. Super clean and we had plenty of room. The views of the ocean are breathtaking. Everything about this place was perfect and we are so sad we had to leave. We had such a great time! Will definitely recommend the BLU condos to everyone!

Our vacation was so great and this condo was perfect for our family. We had a beautiful view of the gulf and could hear the water from the condo. Our grandkids loved the beach and the pool area. The condo was just like the photos and very comfortable. We had a small issue on Saturday night and I thought we would have to wait until Monday to get it fixed. Coastal Vibe had someone there Sunday morning to fix it. Customer service from Coastal Vibe was excellent and they really cared about us having an enjoyable experience. I highly recommend this condo and Coastal Vibe.

As many have written this is a beautifully decorated spacious condo looking out over the Emerald Beach. We made so many family memories and hope to come back next year. We found the permanent neighbors to be friendly and helpful. ( especially the couple in 203) BTW they also Had great things to say about the Coastal Vibe team. My take on that is that Costal Vibe is like a good neighbor to The permanent resident as well. The things we we appreciate and believe you should know that others may not have mentioned: 1. You can't beat the response time of the Costal Vibe crew. (Even during a holiday) 2. The photos Costal Vibe show on their site and descriptions are exactly what you can expect. Along with photos they provide a line drawing of each condo so there are no unpleasant surprises. ( the line drawings go above most other vacation rental companies) 3. While we were in 503 a large storm was forecasted to hit. The Costal Vibe crew went to work to protect the balcony furniture (something as a owner or a future guest I would appreciate) while doing so they made sure as guest we knew how to stay safe and where to take shelter if needed. I ask other guest that did not use Costal Vibe if anyone had come around or called/ texted ext. to let them know What to do if the storm hit, they did not! (Again Costal Vibe went above and beyond what other vacation rental companies provide) Given our experience with the Costal Vibe team I don't intend to use any other company when visiting Ft. Walton, the Emerald Coast, Gatlinburg or The Blue Ridge Mountains. I wish the Costal Vibe team had properties all over the states. Amazing property and condo! Had all of the amenities that we needed! Beautifully decorated and super clean! Awesome view and pools were perfect! We will definitely rent again!

Really enjoyed our stay here with 5 adults and 4 children. Condo is very spacious with nice furnishings. The common areas and pool deck area were always neat and clean. Beautiful beach view from the balcony. I regrettably had to give it 4 stars because it was in need of a thorough cleaning.

Overall we had a great time! Our only complaint was the cleaning prior to our arrival. We checked in at 5, and my husband, mom, and mother n law spent over an hour cleaning sticky cupboards, door handles and the showers had what appeared to be mold in them. Some of the cupboards had stuff all over the front of them as well. The view was amazing, the beds were very comfortable and over all a great place to stay!

This was a great condo unit that worked well for our families. The bedrooms/sleeping options were great for the group we traveled with. The entire condo building is clean, safe, and smaller- which meant the beach was never fully packed, and we could always find a chair down by the pool. The condo is safe and accessible to so many great shopping and restaurant options in the area. The people were friendly, helpful, and we never had an issue with noise or other disturbances. We did not need assistance while we were there, but knew if we needed anything our requests would be taken seriously. It was easy to find parking, and the fitness room was great! We would definitely stay there again if we visit the area!
