The house was in such a great location. Beds were comfortable; house was homey and great for a ski trip. She also had plenty of games for kids to play.

Our family (adults) came up to Tahoe to celebrate a birthday. We all enjoyed our stay here. Perfect amount of bedrooms and baths, and fully stocked kitchen with plenty of dishes and glasses.
The location of this house was great, walking distance to Heavenly village and the casinos. We would definitely stay again

You can’t get a better location. We loved how spacious and well stocked the house was its a very charming home. So nice it’s dog friendly too. There was a large meat cutting machine near the ground in the kitchen, we had a toddler so that was a little alarming. Showers could use some extra scrubbing and the windows were very hard to open and close. Other than that our stay was very comfortable and I would recommend this home to anyone.

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely vacation home. The location is close to the center of activities. We literally walked to the shops, restaurants, casinos without worrying about car parking.
The house is fully equipped with amenities and kitchen supplies. Very convenient for making oir own meals. Marcia is very responsive and helpful to our questios. We highly recommend it.

The property's location is phenomena, walking distance to the grocery store, restaurant and shops. The house is clean and the owner is very responsive.

The rooms were clean and tidy. The water heater was quick. The fireplace was perfect for the morning and evening huddles. It is within walking distance to everything and anything you might want or need. I would definitely take my family back again.

Marcia was so welcoming and accommodating when we stayed here. We loved her place beautiful getaway home away from home. Will definitely be back.

Perfectly located to absolutely everything-walk to shops, eateries, casinos, or beach. Marcia was quick to reply to all inquiries. Only four in our party but property could sleep at least 4-5 more! Perfect yard for bringing your pet for your vacay. Would definitely refer friends or family and would come back for another long weekend of fun!

Well situated, well-maintained house in Tahoe
This was a tidy, clean home conveniently situated with lots of space. The area is not as fancy as other parts of Lake Tahoe but this house is charming and has a nice homey feel. The kitchen was especially well stocked. Communication with the owner was easy and immediate. Check in and check out were both very simple processes. My family appreciated the time we got to share together here.

Perfect Location for a perfect town
Friends and family stayed at the house for a destination wedding for a friend! House was a perfect location to all downtown Tahoe fun! Easy reservation and owner was accommodating!

We had 3 generations together and had a wonderful time. The property was clean and communications was good for any issues we needed to deal with. Location was amazing— was able to walk to the gondola, restaurants, stores and casinos. My 85 yo mom was happy with her winnings on the slot machines. The kids were able to walk to ski/ snowboard and also walk back on their own. We walked to the Bi State park and took touristy picture at the California- Nevada border. The beach was also not too far where the kids had fun sitting and chatting on the sand. The kitchen was well stocked. We had everything we needed to cook dinner every night but could easily order take out. We would definitely rent again.

The host of this property, Marcia was really nice and helped us out with everything that was going on concerning the thunderstorm and us getting a full refund. In the future if I have a chance I will probably try to rent this house 🏠 again.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in South Lake Tahoe in this beautiful home. The location was amazing, with great views of the mountain and walking distance to many great shops and restaurants. Marcia was a gracious host, very prompt in her responses to any questions I had, with very thorough instructions for check-in and out.

Property was exactly as the pictures show. Perfect for our family of 5 and my Mom, plus it’s pet friendly and we did bring our dog. In a perfect location, we walked to the shops and restaurants. Marcia was so quick to answer our questions and help us with check-in. We definitely enjoyed our stay.
