The location and the staff on reception. Onkar and Sandip are quite supportive and welcoming.
Even the canteen staff is quite helpful.
Property is not well maintained and space is not utilized properly. Specially the front view, 2 aeils on the side and see facing view.
Second floor is quite big for a canteen with only 8-10 accomodations.
Also the charges bookings.com is charging for breakfast package is not worth that much. Almost charging equivalent to room charges which makes it a no go deal.
A small swimming pool on the beach side will add up to the beauty. Even the shade can be retractable from the bulilding rather than having a permantly fixed one.
These are things to improve the footfall and attrack more tourists to this beautiful place on the Devbaug sangam point.

Staff is friendly. Location is awesome. Resort dinning staff is also excellent. Food quality and taste is really good. Overall worthwhile and excellent
Toilet should be more clean.
