Morden stylishly arranged and clean appartement, a little fare from the center and the station, but it made us discover St Albans lovely neighborhood. We loved it.

Communication good from the team - answered queries within minutes when I had an issue. Min bedroom was spacious and the location was good too. Quiet for a ground floor property
We Found that the room was expensive for what it was. Also, for the price, you would have expected it to have been spotless, but there were a few areas that let it down.
The deposit required prior to arrival seemed extreme - £300 is a lot of money, I could understand it if the room was fit out with high end furniture etc, but it really wasn’t so just didn’t quite understand the need for this payment

Where do I start? Booked a flat for 4 - but was only prepared for 2 (missing beddings, towels, toiletries). No suger provided for the tea/coffee. The flat was generally dirty - video sent to Absolute Stays Ltd. - poor ownership take from the management.

Flat was lovely and clean! Great location and easy to get to. Everything you would need for a short stay. Kaleigh was really helpful and easy to get in touch with.
You have to pay a £300 damage deposit which I was a bit wary of. You are able to pay this via credit card if you ask as they initially ask via bank transfer, but this does have a fee. Deposit is returned but I did need to chase this - Kaleigh was great in sorting this out.

First class location, cleanliness and very efficient and friendly staff.
MInor point, small windows in both rooms only had nets. Lack of privacy in evenings and awoken very early by day light. Informed staff who will address this with the owner.

Good location, 15 minutes walk into St Albans, 20 minute drive to Harry Potter. Spacious and well equipped. Not too expensive
Parking was a little walk away, at the station. it’s a bit pricey in the week but much cheaper at the weekend. Just a little thing, but there were two long windows with only a net curtain up. we were glad we didn’t stay in summer as it would have been too bright to sleep in the morning.

The apartment is 5 minutes walk from the train station, we walked in and were extremely happy with everything. It’s very spacious with a lovely comfy bed in a nice size bedroom. The lounge has a sofa bed, table and 4 chairs and a nice kitchenette with everything you could ask for if you were self catering. It’s also very close to the town or a 40 minute train ride to London. If we stay in St Albans again I would definitely look at booking here again.

Apart from the heating and hot water , everything was great .. I think you should leave some instructions for the heating system you have in this property..
