Location. Was excellent central good takeaways and shopping centre across the road. Kitchen facilities brilliant and also the 2 bathrooms
Communal areas and front door fell. Below standards intercom did not work. No way to let in fresh air as windows don't work
Only one key given

spare bedroom mattress is very thin. utensils could have done with a bit more of a scrub

The location is really good, close to everything. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
The hot water stopped working for a whole night and a whole day. Need to have maintenance team to come in to fix. The door in the living room is not properly closed. The door in one of the bathrooms can’t be closed properly with broken handle. The dinning chairs are wobbly with loose crews. You need to be super cautious in the apartment in case you break anything, then you can’t claim your £200 deposit back.
