Wonderful condo that was recently updated. Great location on the northern end of Longboat Key. Beautiful sunsets from the lanai.

We had the pleasure of staying at this vacation property, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment we stepped in, I felt like at home. Having traveled extensively in both the United States and Europe, I can confidently say that this place is now of my favorites, and I'm eagerly looking forward to returning.
The condo itself is a delightful and cozy haven. It was immaculately clean with the tasteful decorations. The appliances were modern and in excellent condition, and we found everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
Being situated in a gated community was fantastic. The location was incredibly peaceful. We loved the beach, which was not overcrowded and the pool was simply amazing.
During our stay at this property, not only did we have a fantastic time on the beach and pool, but we also had the opportunity to explore some nearby restaurants. Our absolute favorite was "The Shore." Having many dining options nearby added an extra layer of enjoyment to our vacation.
I didn't want to leave this place. It felt like a dream, and I wished I could have stayed there forever. From the moment I arrived until the day of departure, everything was simply perfect. I can't wait to return and relive the magic of this wonderful condo once again.

We had an amazing time staying at George's property. Gated community with a beach view right outside the back windows. The place is well kept and very clean with updated showers and kitchen area. Staying for a month having a washer and dryer was a definite plus. The private pool was nice when we didn't want to go to the beach. The beach was just perfect, it wasn't too busy and during the week felt like you had the entire beach to yourself. Great restaurants all around and grocery stores were a quick drive. Can't say enough good things about this place we definitely will be back!!

This property is amazing! The condo is lovely, peaceful, recently renovated. It has stunning views of the beach and the glorious sunsets. Georges was incredibly responsive if we had any questions. The kitchen is great for preparing meals in and there are excellent restaurants within walking distance. We thoroughly enjoyed the beach, the pool as well as golfing, biking and kayaking. Paradise.

Amazing property in a perfect location!
The property was perfect! Beach front and just steps away from beautiful beach with white sand. The beach is never crowded. Also, there are some great restaurants withing walking distance of the property or a few minutes drive. The property itself was very clean. Everything was new and “shiny”. The owner Georges was very pleasant. He was always available, and it was easy to communicate with him. I highly recommend this property, and I hope to return there next year!

Wonderful Property
My sister and I stayed at Geoges property in April 2023. It was everything we hoped for. It was spotless! Everything we needed for cooking was there and in perfect condition. Bedding was great and common areas were very comfortable.
The view was gorgeous! waking up to the ocean view from the master bedroom was special and We had our happy hour on the lanai every night watching the sunset.
The beach was steps away and beach chairs, umbrellas, carts, etc were all supplied and in good working condition.
I have been renting on LBK for many, many years and this was my favorite rental so far.

The condo has been recently refurbished and is lovely. The location gives close access to Bradenton as well as Sarasota. Owner and property manager couldn't have been more accommodating. We hope to return to this location.

A little slice of paradise
There was simply nothing not to love about this wonderful condo. We had the pleasure of staying here for the month of January and it was really hard to have to leave. The condo has been recently completely redone, everything is new and spotless and great thought has gone into ensuring you will find everything you need for your stay. There is a wonderful lanai with a view of the water that is incredible, and sunset was our favorite time of the day to just settle in, relax and enjoy the beautiful colors every night. The property is quiet and there is a lovely pool onsite. Everything you could need for the beach is thoughtfully provided, including beach chairs, towels, umbrella and cooler. The location is ideal with three nice restaurants in walking distance and only a short drive to the Bridge St. area, which has fun restaurants and shops. Georges was pleasant, responsive and easy to work with and ensured we enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend.
