Very nice stay, we were with a dog and this house is perfect for that

We were an extended family group of 3 adults and 2 children (11-15 yrs) and this was our first trip to the Moselle. We visited during August 2023 and chose this property for its location as one of the adults did not drive and wanted independent access to the local town/surrounding area. The property was spotlessly clean, efficient check in/out procedure and the owner responsive to queries/feedback whilst we were staying in property. The property is basic, some of the furnishings/equipment was dated (but it all worked perfectly well) and is effectively a cosy two story wooden cabin! But the property was perfect for our one week stay in the summer. Whilst the owner does flag this in the listing the steps to the property are uneven so I would not recommend this property to families with babies/toddlers or adults with access requirements. But for fit and healthy school age children and adults it's fine. There appeared to be sime external lights but this could be something to ask about before booking if you are staying at times when daylight hours become shorter. (But as we were high summer did not affect us). The shower is basic so whilst we had plenty of hot water and pressure this would be one room in the property that would make the biggest difference to upgrade. A microwave would also be really nice too. But otherwise it's a lovely spot with beautiful views and the owner was so very responsive and polite. Thank you.

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Woche in diesem süßen Häuschen verbringen dürfen. Das tolle an dem Haus ist der schöne Ausblick über die Mosel und die Weinberge. Im Haus hat man alles, was man braucht und kann es sich abends auf der schönen Terrasse gutgehen lassen. Wir würden wiederkommen!

Zuersteinmal das Positive. Die Lage ist einfach Top, in nur wenigen Minuten (ca.5-10min)war man zu Fuß in der Stadt. Dort gab es alles was man für einen guten Urlaub braucht. Es gibt viele tolle Gaststätten und Weinkeller, auch alle zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Haus an sich ist für 4 Personen ausreichend groß und gut ausgestattet. Da es bei uns besonders viel geregnet hat waren wir begeistert das das WLAN so gut funktioniert hat und der Smart TV war auch von Vorteil. Folgende Dinge kann man verbessern: Die Reinigung sollte gründlicher ausfallen, vor allem in den Schränken,unter den Betten und den Ecken und Nischen. Fliegengitter und wäschetrockner oder ein wäscheständer wären eine gute Idee vor allem wenn das Wetter so ist wie es bei uns war. Der Grill war leider nicht gereinigt worden, das ist aber in anderen Ferienunterkünften auch immer ein Problem. Dennoch würden wir das Haus und den Vermieter weiterempfehlen. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt dort.
