This stay has only the convenience of its location to the major theme parks going for it. My family and I were overall disappointed with this home. One of the beds looked to have pubic hair in the bed and around the toilet. The carpets looked old and very worn. The shower heads gave out poor water. Not the most comfortable stay overall.

We enjoyed the house. It was clean, furnished well & exactly as advertised. I don’t have a single complaint. The neighborhood was quiet. It was awesome!

If I could give zero stars to this property I would. We came to this house for spring break vacation. When you enter the house and stand by the doorway yes it looks like the pictures but what the camera does not show is the filth. We booked and paid two nights but only stayed one because it was gross. If you want cigarette burns (on upstairs table), filthy old rugs that have zero life left in the texture and fabric throughout sleeping area, bugs and stains on couches then this house is for you. We had a chuckle that there’s a sign that says going to the second floor to please take off your shoes or a 200 dollar fine will be charged. We arrived at 9 pm on 4/6 went to bed and headed to universal studios all day. Felipe from American star vacation homes was made aware around 7 pm that we were not staying the additional night. Next day I get an email saying I broke a chandelier in a mermaid room we never even slept in or saw and they added an additional charge for this mysterious chandelier we didn’t know they had. I informed Felipe I will not be charged for something I did not do and to no surprise he never responded to my email and changed my card. Currently under dispute with the bank ! Save yourself the headache book somewhere else.

omg this place was OUTSTANDING!!! This was my first time being able to take my kids out of town so it was important that everything went well and it did. Everything about this house was PERFECT. If I could I’d give this place a million stars it was A great stay. When I book my next trip to Orlando I’ll be looking to stay at this location again. This IS A MUST STAY!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Lots of Room
The house was nice. Needs a good deep cleaning. The bedrooms were a good size. We enjoyed our stay. The pool was nice. But lights in the pool did not work. Also there needs to be a few extra towels. There were no washcloths at all. Owner was very nice and helpful with all questions. Over all at was very enjoyable

This property location was excellent. It is a short distance to Disney not far at all. We had issues with the television downstairs that would cut off and on. Also, when we arrived the pool was dirty and was cleaned the day before we left home. Otherwise, no other issues.

Not all we had hoped for.
Location of the property was good. Community amenities were good, however the pool gets very busy, plan to bring your own lazy river tubes as they are not provided. Several things at the house were not up to our standard and when we wanted to send photos of issues there was no ability to do that. The owner only communicates through the VRBO messenger which does not allow photo sharing. Specifically, I had to put the shower door back on track myself and remove a screw that was in the garbage disposal and sounded horrific. (both minor and not a big deal) The towels supplied were 2 per bathroom and 4 for the pool with no wash cloths. There are no spoons smaller than a table spoon. The pool seems to not be filtering or pumping enough. Daily we removed something that looked like dirty cotton off of the bottom of the pool and it had a dirty yellow ring around the bottom that only cleared on the one day someone came and added chemicals, Trash service was great as it was removed daily but the holding bench was nasty and seemed to have rodent droppings covering the bottom. Top track on the dishwasher was missing a wheel so you have to carefully balance it when loading and unloading and the door didn't open and close properly. I think the screw from the garbage disposal might be from holding the dishwasher square in the opening that makes it rub on the cabinet. Several small issues that we didn't expect for the price and were disappointed when we couldn't let the owner know privately how they may be able to give a better guest experience. Overall great vacation but would not stay here again as there are so many other options in the same area.

Great option for large groups/families
This place was perfect for our family of four, and both sets of grandparents. Great location. The community pool was spectacular and a nice respite for our day off from Disney parks. Really had no major complaints, and anything we needed to be looked at or fixed, the host was right on it.
Two things of note:
1. The neighbors next door (presumably renters) were excessively loud on multiple nights of our stay. Screaming and playing loud music in the middle of the night (2am, 3am). And I didn’t feel comfortable calling the police on them due to the fact that this wasn’t my home.
2. The water pressure and shower head (especially in the Master downstairs) left something to be desired. Pretty insufficient pressure and water output to accommodate anything more than a quick in and out shower.

Best Disney trip EVER and this home was a BONUS.
This home was exactly as advertised. Clean, spacious, good location to the Disney Parks, small pool (which we requested to have heated) and an excellent Host, Felipe to work with.

The house was exactly like the pictures. My only suggestion is that there should be more bath towels available as well as wash clothes and kitchen towels. But overall it was wonderful, the kids enjoyed the pool even though it was only 45 degrees.

Amazing quiet peaceful STUNNING
Amazing communication! Answered any questions I had in a timely manner. Great neighborhood. Amazing price. Our vacation would not have been the same without this home. Easy to book, pay, and stay! Will never stay in a hotel resort again. My family and I will now make this our only option every year as long as we can! Thank you!

It was cleaned and every Mickey Mouse detail made our little boy very happy.Felipe was great and he answered to every question we had promptly.And the finish touches were the wine and chocolate we got welcomed with.Amazing house!

The home was exactly as pictured, the check in process was fast and efficient and I also received a quick response in regards to any questions or concerns that came up. I would definitely stay at this property again in the future because it was also in close proximity to Universal Studios and the Island of Adventures as well.

We had a wonderful stay! The home was sparkling clean, there was a TV in every room, the bedrooms were large, the beds were super comfy, and the pool was so refreshing!
Plus, right from the start Felipe communicated everything we needed to know and answered all our questions. 5 stars for sure!

My family and I had the pleasure of staying at this rental property for a weekend getaway. The home was exactly as pictured, the check in process was fast and efficient and I also received a quick response in regards to any questions or concerns that came up. I would definitely stay at this property again in the future because it was also in close proximity to Universal Studios and the Island of Adventures as well.

This property was exactly as described in the posting. We just wanted a place to call home for a few days without having to deal with the theme park coax and traffic. It was conveniently located near shops, groceries and restaurants. The owner Felipe was very polite and responsive to questions that I had before, during and after our stay. Our party consisted of my husband and I, our adult & teenage children as well as our 3 year old grandson, and our grand dog. The home was very spacious and had a room for everyone. Everyone enjoyed the heated pool, especially at night when lit in color. I loved that the house had a fully equipped kitchen and laundry. Secure and clean property! Everyone enjoyed their stay in this home. Sad that it was too short of a trip for us. Highly recommend and definitely booking again in the near future!
