The whole renting process was so smooth. We can’t wait to book this property again! Stan and Nancy were marvelous to work with!!

Great spot on the river
Great place to stay on the St Johns River. Very clean and comfortable condo with everything we needed.

My family and I stayed here for about a week. I didn’t initially realize how far from St. Augustine it was, so we didn’t go to St. Augustine more than 2 days of the 8. However, the pool located in the complex was very nice. There’s a large tree that shades the pool for most of the day and it’s very nice.
The condo itself provided the necessities needed. I really appreciated the small cups that my kids could use.
Now for the negative: the master bedroom bed is entirely too soft. After 1 day my husband moved to the floor. After the 2nd day I moved to the recliner. The few times I fell asleep on the bed, I immediately regretted it when I woke up an hour later and my body was in pain everywhere. The couches and chairs are of but I didn’t find them comfortable either.
The dinning table is set for 4 people and only has 4 chairs, yet the listening says it’s for more than 4 people.
If you like squishy beds and you’re basically comfortable anywhere, then these things won’t bother you.
Any other issues I had, the owner was contactable relatively easily. There’s a dollar general nearby and a gas station, so getting anything needed wasn’t difficult.
Overall it was a good stay. My husband and I just slept terribly but that’s only important if you are bed specific.

Great Riverfront Condo
A clean, well equipped, and quiet condo overlooking the pool and the St. John's River. I look forward to another visit in the near future. Recommended.

Great Property set on the picturesque St. John's River. The condo we stayed in was very clean and well taken care of. The owner was extremely helpful, responsive and everything you needed was included in your stay. I would definitely stay at this location again. Even though we did not have a boat, having a boat slip included is a big plus.

Great Property set on the picturesque St. John's River. The condo we stayed in was very clean and well taken care of. The owner was extremely helpful, responsive and everything you needed was included in your stay. I would definitely stay at this location again. Even though we did not have a boat, having a boat slip included is a big plus.

Very nice place with all the essentials. Beautiful view, nice dock. good fish cleaning station. Grills were in great condition. Worked perfectly. Room and complex both easily accessible.
