Convenient location and a nicely appointed home! Had everything we needed for a 5 night stay and was walking distance to the convention venue and restaurants. The owner was responsive and a pleasure to deal with. 5 stars!

This duplex was the perfect place for our family to stay while attending a wedding. Close to downtown. Close to the beach. Quiet neighbourhood.

Our family, including infant and 5yo stayed at Dan’s place and found it perfect for our needs. Enough rooms, large space, AC and the unit had a good sized parking space to accommodate our vehicle and bikes.
It’s a great location being far away enough from the beach that it’s quiet and you aren’t dealing with any of the excitement, while also being close enough we could walk to all the fun.
Everything was laid out easily to find in the home, requiring us to not need our host at all during the stay which was also nice.

Check in was easy. The home is very new, spacious and clean, it makes our stay more pleasant just like home. We love having the BBQ on site as we used it everyday.
We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Wanted to stay within walking distance to the beach. We could also walk to lots of great restaurants. It's obvious that the owner takes great care and effort to provide a quality experience for their guests. Thanks.

Was a great place to stay close to everything. Daniella was great. Easy to communicate with. House was clean and tidy. Just a wonderful experience and we’d for sure stay there again. :)

Very nearly new, Very high end accommodation. Large fridge and good eating area, and large sectional couch with large flat screen tv, Fast WIFI.. 3 blocks from Bakery on Main Street. Cold air-conditioning, easy to adjust to your preference. Ample on-street parking and one reserved rear spot.

Came for a dance festival. This property did NOT disappoint! So close to the beach the kids could walk there! Close to everything! Very clean. Highly recommend

Clean property except windows need to be cleaned regularly since its on a busy street so traffic blows up lots of dust. Beds were comfortable and kitchen had all you need for amenities including a large fridge with ice maker. We had an early season heat wave so it was nice to have air conditioning after a long day out riding.

Had an issue upon arrival but Dan was very attentive and got the issue resolved promptly. Location was great, close to the beach and everything else. The property was clean and spacious, we enjoyed our time here and will definitely come back again!

An absolutely gorgeous spot! brand new, loads of space, everything we needed and more. The hosts were lovely and attentive. The duplex is very large, beautifully laid out and well stocked. Very close to the beach and many spots for dining and entertainment. HIGHLY recommended!!! Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

My only suggestion would be black out curtains. The window coverings did not shut out the light at all.

Everything was perfect!
We were 6 adults, 3 families, staying in Penticton 4 nights for a wedding, and everything was perfect. The house is new, has a cement patio with barbeque, table and chairs that we enjoyed a lot. The main floor is kitchen, dining, living room and a toilette, you can see the photos, very spacious and with all you need from big fridge to utensils, even detergent for the dishwasher. This is the detail that I loved about this place: you found everything you need. I rented so many places for holidays and hated when I found only one roll of toilet paper or no detergent for dishes or only 1 towel per person or only one pillow and I had to start my holiday by looking for places to shop these small things. I like when the owner has pride and put at my disposition the place like I was a guest in his house not in his renting place. We felt welcomed, there is attention to details that made our staying extremely comfortable. Highly recommend the place!!!

This place is even nicer than the pictures show! It is spotless, very spacious and had everything we needed for a family gathering place. We cooked and enjoyed many meals in the roomy kitchen. The beds were super comfy and there was so much room to spread out in the bedrooms and baths. The location is a 5-10 minute walk to the beach….very handy! In addition, the owner is wonderful to communicate with. He was very accommodating with a special request as well. We will happily return!

The rental was spacious, spotless and the amenities were the best of any rental we have had so far. The beds were comfortable and the wifi worked well. Because we had such a well equipped kitchen we were happy to eat in and enjoy the lovely wines we purchased during our wine tours. The location was perfect as a home base to travel to most of the wine areas of the Okanagan. We would certainly rent here again when we return to Penticton in the future.

This property is beautiful, in an excellent location, well equipped and very comfortable. Communication with the landlord, Dan, was easy and he was very responsive. We came during a cold snap but the house is still close enough to local restaurants that we could walk. The kitchen amenities made cooking a non-issue. I would highly recommend this rental any time of year. Thanks Dan for everything! I hope to return another time.
