Great place to stay. Very clean. Nicely decorated. Walking distance to Tiki Bar. Very well maintained. We will be back.

This condo was so nice. The pictures don’t do it justice. It’s located within walking distance to the marina and tiki bar and restaurant The grounds where the condo is located was well maintained and the pool was great.

We always have heard this area is good for motorcycling. It was! The unit was just as listed and as previous reviews said. It was very clean, easy access, very well stocked, and very comfortable. They only suggestions I have is maybe consider stocking with a couple of granola or instant oatmeals for mornings. Most VRBO owners do this at least in my experience. It was well stocked with coffee and shampoos and conditioners towels and paper products. Jason was very communicative. The only issue was a pool code. We were too tired and wore out to worry about it. We would definitely recommend and probably come back.

My family came down to take our boys fishing with a guided tour. The condo had everything we needed and was clean. The condo was in a perfect location and my boys enjoyed the pool.

First, maybe the best VRBO host ever. Super responsive and professional. Three days before our arrival there was an issue in a bathroom that had not been finished (open ceiling). It was unexpected and the host was honest and even refunded me almost 20% of the cost for the hassle. Turned out we could care less because we were fishing all day. Overall the place is nice and beds are comfortable. I would recommend to anyone!

We couldn’t have been happier with the condo, we had everything we needed for our stay and the place was spotless! The location was perfect, walking distance to the marina & tiki bar and the pool is literally in your backyard.
Jason is easy to communicate with, made sure we had all the info we needed and answered all my questions… 5 star property and 5 star host!

Great condo, great owner
The condo was very clean and nicely decorated. The owner was very responsive to questions, accommodating to a health issue we had before our trip and extremely easy to work with. I will definitely be using it again!

We were very pleased with the condo. It was clean and well maintained. The standing fan in the bedroom was wonderful. We enjoy fan noise to help sleep. Highly recommend staying in this condo.

This property was exactly as advertised—clean, comfortable, and close to the heated pool. The complex was quiet, well maintained. It is a little more than 1 hour to either West Palm or Fort Myers. Communication with the host was great—he responded immediately to a couple minor issues.
