Loved the first floor location. Came down for a quick last minute Labor Day break. Condo was very nice.

Nice clean condo and perfect to walk out back sliding doors to the beach and pool ! Perfect location across the street to a little plaza with some restaurants. Also a shirt drive from Bethany Beach board walk with plenty of other restaurants/shops. All and all pleasantly surprised with our family trip. Will definitely come back again.

Pictures on website of property was dated compared to the actual condition of the rental unit. Floor was dirty with dust balls under beds and chairs. Front bedroom with ocean view was cumbersome to open drawers since it was too close to the bed. TV hung on the wall had exposed wiring and dangling cable boxes (looked thrown together/ unsitely). Washer and dryer did not thoroughly clean or dry clothes ( had to run several times with the same clothes in it.) Bed frame in the back room would not hold the mattress. It kept falling onto the floor. Just a mess overall. Would not re-rent. There is more but it makes me ill thinking that we had to pay full rates when the services the day after Labor Day was reduced at Sea Colony. Had to stay by Edgewater Unit for umbrellas/chair setups each day since the other stations were closed for the season. Very unsettling vacation.

Very satisfied with the property, everything was very nice and clean. Lots of rules but I guess that is a good thing. Wish there was more to walk to but it was doable.

We have been coming to Sea Colony for 8+ years but used another rental agency. Jamie Riddle by far ranks #1 as the best agent we have ever had. His service was so personalized I felt like we have knew him. We were always in Edgewater but this year because of bookings had to use Georgetown. We loved the proximity to the water but more important than that was the cleanliness of this condo which could not be matched by any other condo we have stayed in. It was not only immaculate but well supplied with

Excellent accomodations. Very clean and updated. Location, location, location made it very convenient. Loved the availability to pools, and ocean. Sea Colony security and programs were great. Only slight draw back was there was not a working vacuume cleaner. We would love to come back.

Perfect Beach Stay
A most wonderful condo with all the amenities needed for the week. The unit is nicely decorated and well maintained. The location is amazing!! Close to a pool and only steps away from the beach! Can’t recommend this unit enough.

Condo has great location to pool and beach. Clean room. Realty office close to the condo. I just wish the sheets would be placed on bed upon arrival rather than having to do it ourselves. Would love to stay again if we can stay longer than 1 week.

Well stocked clean condo on beach
We enjoyed our stay at this condo. We were right on the beach so it was nice to be able to open up the door and go take a walk. The condo had everything you could ask for. The kitchen was well stocked and the owners left other items for the renters to use. The condo is clean and well decorated. We would like to come back during warmer weather
