Every thing was great! Amazing building by Sou Fujimoto, with a lot of artwork and room designed by artists. The staff were great, the food was great, we booked the Finish sauna which was also great.
It was one of the best hotel we have been to in Japan. We loved it!

服務人員都很親切，飯店設計也十分令人驚豔，導覽人員也很仔細介紹，晚上十一點多回飯店時還有個警衛在櫃檯旁，覺得很安心
廁所的洗手台有點小洗完手容易把地板弄濕

Awesome architecture
Thoughtful well designed rooms with comfortable bed and pillows
The plants added a nice soft touch in contrast to the raw concrete
Good soundproofing curtain even though our room was along a Main Street
The entrance was difficult to locate and we had to drive round the block to find the drop off for our luggage. After enquiring from the front desk we were directed to park at the next building which was fine except that we had to push our luggage from the next building to the hotel .

receptionist at Shiroiya Hotel wouldn't speak English well They took so slow communicated and also decided .
