The hotel was clean, bed was comfy and pillows were super soft. Overall, great value for the money. My only complaint is that I arrived around 9:30 and there were very very few choices of places to grab dinner in the vicinity. Ended up having to go about 5 miles to find something to eat, so not as convenient a location as I’d hoped. But definitely would stay there again, just know now to stop for dinner before we get there. Overall great stay. (And I’m a super picky clean freak hotel snob!)

We stayed here before and the hotel is clean and the staff is always friendly. Breakfast is great and the location is great. Bonus to have Sheetz across the parking lot.

Large room, clean with basic essentials.

The shower did not work well.

Room was very nice. Bed was very comfortable! Hotel was clean and well kept. I liked that they kept the drink area avail to access for tea, hot chocolate ect. Front desk help were wonderful! I would definitely stay again.

Clean and in a good part of town

Pet friendly is great but should be limited to certain floors. Smell of dog was everywhere.

Over all friendlness of the staff, breakfast area was well organized and clean.

Only thing was that the ice machine did not work on the floor I was staying.

Location and clean

The staff. We talked to the staff upon leaving the property and they said to call back for the manager. Which I did and then I called in and the manager couldn’t be found and was told she would call me and they were aware of the situation.

We arrived very late, 11pmish and exhausted. Excellent front desk greeting, appearance and smile. Breakfast was fine.

Very nice hotel. Clean for the most part and friendly staff

There were some red stains on the bed sheets and comforter. No garbage bag in the garbage can. Had to ask for one at front desk. Also, breakfast is better if it was served until 10am during the week. Some vacationers do not get going until after 9am.

Our beautiful was so comfortable and located in the best area! Sheetz gas station, Starbucks, and other restaurants are situated across the street from the hotel. It is also 25 minutes from Hershey Park. The rooms are large. The pillow top mattress are so soft and medium firm. The flat screen tv is about 65" and is mounted so you can pull out and move it from left or right. The carpet is thick. The bathroom is modern. We are obsessed with the shower! The free breakfast was really good. The kitchen attendant Gina is just a sweet lady! She was so helpful and friendly! She brought a smile to my face when I was bummed out about the pork sausage because we don't eat pork. She made turkey bacon for my family and I. I am glad the hotel accommodate for their guests. This may be our first time, but this won't be our last! Thank you for a great experience!

Management in the first office by the front desk doesn't know how to greet people.

there was a parking street light right outside the window. the curtain was shear. there was no option of closing a curtain to block out the light. the entire night our room was lite up. we felt like a spotlight was in or faces the entire night.
