Die Nähe zum Disneyland. Sonst gar nichts.

Die Zimmer waren dreckig und es hat gestunken. Die Betten war versifft, die Bettwäsche nicht gewaschen. Keine Töpfe oder Pfannen in der Küche. Geräte kaputt. Wohnungstür ging nicht richtig zu, man musste Angst haben es kommt jemand rein. Ständig ist die Sicherung raus gesprungen und man saß im Dunkeln.

Ropa de cama sucia , el sofá cama no tenía ropa a mano tuvimos que buscarla por toda la casa y ahora me la quieren cobrar , sábanas sucias , mantas sucias

It was very close to the Disney Parks which is just what we needed. The bus stop to the parks was just an 8 minute walk. It was also a nice quiet location with parking if you wish. There was also a TV with Netflix and the bathroom was nice with a decent hairdryer which almost never happens. The "staff" were also helpful, even though invisible always at the end of a phone or WhatsApp. Overall cleanliness upon arrival was good. WiFi also had good connection.

There were a few things that needed improving in the apartment. - lack of pots and pans if you were to cook. - no light bulb in one bedroom, luckily had bedside lamps. - loose fittings such as plug sockets and lights - broken sofa bed (which we were informed about just prior to arrival, however, this made the sofa terrible to sit on if you were watching TV. Luckily we did not need to use it. - the balcony could do with a clean as the floor was dirty.

VERY DISAPPOINTED No good service was provided. The apartment smelled of rat. Had to deep clean the whole flat due to the foul smell. The windows were kept open throughout our stay. Very unhealthy for my kids. The heating was on throughout, because we couldn’t turn the heating down. No pans in the kitchen, had to buy some from the supermarket. The bed slats are broken, we had to put the mattresses on the floor just in case. My kids are currently sick because they are allergic to animals.

Poor and irresponsible staff. They don’t care about customers needs especially in emergency. They will abandon you to fix the problems with their own facilities without raising a finger.
