Amazing stay! Short walk to beach and two swimming pools. Huge deck for outside living! We loved it.

Wonderful beach get away for a few days. Wouldn't change a thing. Pros: Park next to unit = easy unload/load and easy to leave beach gear in vehicle, easy walk to beach even pulling a loaded wagon. short walk to pool, clubhouse with bathrooms, Watersports venue (we did a ski boat ride), and a great restaurant (we brought some home cooked meals to reheat in the microwave for some nights). Cons: small bathroom, shower head has a 'feels like razor blades' setting that is hard to get out of, not allowed to hang towels on railings.We will be back; loved it!

Everything was great but the unit had an odor of mildew-especially in the queen bedroom. Would recommend a de-humidifier and deordorizer for next guests

Down for a Softball tournament with our daughter for a long weekend. Price was fair, property was nice, area is nice, check in and out was very easy, and we enjoyed ourselves there. We would definitely stay at this property again. Thank You, Micheal.

The trailer was clean and updated. Sheets were provided. Host easy to communicate with. Lovely large deck with overhang. Kitchen well stocked. Large fridge. Shower head could be changed out as not a lot of pressure. The RV resort is walking distance (5 minutes) to beach. Biking at Back Bay to False Cape was lovely. Overall an excellent fall get away for a few days. There is construction across the canal which is quite loud when you sit on deck but I am sure it will be short lived. It was just the perfect deck to do yoga and meditate and could not do the latter because of noise. Inside the trailer you could not hear the outside which surprised me. Very insulated. Thanks for a lovely weekend in Sandbridge.

This RV smelled clean as soon as we opened the door. The deck is really big and overlooks the bay. Our bed was comfortable and the extra bedroom gave us plenty of space for storage. The bathroom is very small and water pressure was a little weak, but overall a nice unit. We enjoy Little Island Park which is only a 1-minute drive from this RV. Turn right and you are there. Parking pass for the week is only $25 with nice restrooms, pavilions, playground, and lifeguards. We recommend Margie and Rays, The Egg Bistro, and Lucky Oyster for meals - all great! We had a wonderful week and can't wait to return to Sandbridge a 4th time!

To our surprise, the property had been upgraded from the listing photos and all the touches were adorable! Everything was spotless and the kitchen was well-equipped. We’ve stayed at Surfside previously at another unit and the resort was quiet as last year. This unit is close to the front of the resort, so the beach is a short walk. This unit slept 2 adults and two children comfortably. The queen mattress was very comfortable. I literally have nothing negative to say.

Overall the property was good. Recently remodeled, photos on site should be updated. There should be more transparency about the insects. I would stay again.

Perfect little beach house with everything you need for a pleasant vacation. Just a 5 minute walk from the beach with restaurants, coffee, and a convenience store just around the corner. Small place so pack light but with the beach so close we hardly spent any time indoors.

Loved every moment. Check in was great. Communication super easy!! Pictures do not do it justice, super clean, super cute, 5 min walk to the beach. Already planning to stay next year.

Low frills, clean trailer with nice deck. Super nice owner, lots of community amenities, easy walk to the beach and Baja Restaurant. Very limited space so pack light and keep your vacation simple. Enjoy!

Great location for access to the Back Bay refuge, beach, kayaking, biking, and walking. Very nice and clean unit was well appointed. Breakfast on the covered deck over looking the canal was a special touch.

This was our 10th stay in the resort, 4th stay in this place, and 2nd with Megan as owner. You cannot get it any better! A lot of nice touches, helpful little things ( shades in the deck, solar lights, cleaning supplies,) big things ( kayaks, bikes) and biggest- the view! We already plan to be back next year. Clean, bright space with hotel like linens and towels, fresh smell in the unit ( it is big for me when space smells fresh and clean), great powerful AC. See you next year!

We just stayed here for a long weekend and had a very enjoyable time. The covered porch is a big plus when you need a break from the sun, and has a large table , chairs and grill for outdoor eating. The interior is well maintained and has a very well equipped kitchen with all new pans, utensils and anything you might need. The owner is very responsive if you have any questions or concerns. The unit is just a very short walk to the pool, and an easy walk to the beach.
