The room service food
9 / 10Eccezionale·set 2026
It was aesthetically pleasing, the facilities were superb, and they really took safety seriously. Everything was well-maintained, and it was very family- and child-friendly. Definitely a place where you can relax and let the kids have fun without constantly worrying.

Comfortable and clean with good water park activities in close distance
Friendly staff
No speciality coffee options available
Food option limited to restaurants inside hotel
No close outside options as it is only one hour drive from the city

The only thing i like about property is the access to dessert park
El mehdi cooperated with us but there was a very rude lady at reception unethical behavior and trying the Mehdi not to cooperate with us. I asked the hotel to give me a tour to resort but no one is answering. Every member i asked making drama. I spent money not staying for free there. Room service very late . I was there for my wife’s birthday but i got pathetic experience. The view i got after spending lot of money is only trees like i m in three star hotel
