If you're looking for a clean, comfortable, well "stocked" home away from home this is it. Jason was great to work with and I plan on renting this beautiful home again.

I enjoyed spending my 88th birthday with my family in this very comfortable home. everything needed to enjoy a stay was provided. including a wonderful fenced-in yard with an inviting firepit to enjoy a relaxing evening. I would book this home again on my next visit to North Carolina. Thank you Josh.

We have family in Bunnlevel and my granddaughter and grandson spent daytime with us and 1 night. The house had everything we needed to prepare meal, clean and entertain. The kids loved horseshoes, the board games and books. It was a treat to have tv's in the bedrooms.
So cute. Will stay there again possibly in May.
Had a bit of problem with tiny "ants" in the kitchen. We just kept the food in the fridge.

Perfect house in a quiet little neighborhood. Very clean. Only reason we needed to communicate with owner was to extend our stay, and we got an immediate response. Excellent communication.

We stay in a rental with our two dogs 5 or 6 times a year in the Raleigh area while visiting our son and daughter-in-law. This has been our favorite house so far. Convenient to everything, nice neighborhood for walking the dogs, great back yard, comfortable furniture, good WiFi, etc. We didn't cook, so I can't say anything about pots and other essentials but the coffee maker was fine and everything seemed to be in good working order. The house was the perfect size for the two of us. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here with my wife and I , my sister in law and mother in law. It was great having a 3 bedroom so we all had our own room. It has a great fenced in yard if you have a dog. It is close to the little town of FV and restaurants.

Enjoyed our stay so much! Such a clean and inviting property that had a warm and welcoming feel. Stayed here to reconnect with a family member and it was perfect. The host, Jason, responded quickly to questions and helped to make our experience perfect! Highly recommend this property!

We loved this house. It was right around the corner from lots of food/coffee and 10 min from family. It gave us a place to relax after lots of family time with our kids and pets. Very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend!

This is a must stay for comfort and relaxation. House is on a quiet cul-de-sac with a HUGE backyard. The pictures don't do it justice. Very clean. Beds are SUPER comfy. Typically I don't sleep well when not in my own bed however these were so comfy, I actually slept in a little. We visited Raleigh and Cary and this was just what we needed. Very responsive host.

The property is as advertised. Very clean, easy check in, quick responses from Jason, although nothing was needed during the stay because everything was fine. The yard is humongous and was perfect for my dogs to run around in during the day.
Overall, quiet neighborhood, would stay again.

It was delightful staying. i did enjoy their yard set-up. My dogs ran over the property happy. The neighbors were very friendly. We actually stay one extra night and it was very easy to call owner and fix transaction. Thank you so much!

We recently stayed here for a few days for a family vacation. It was incredible! The house was perfect with a huge yard for our daughter and dog to run and play in. The house was clean and nice and so close to downtown! Plus, the fire pit in the backyard was an unexpected surprise in the best way! The only thing that was an “issue” was the fire ants in the yard. We would happily stay here again!

We were listing our house for sale and allowing showings so we wanted something close by to have a mini “staycation” of sorts. Our dogs and 18 month old absolutely loved the large back yard. Our dogs especially loved the squirrels in the trees LOL. I will say as I noticed in another review that more soft lighting/lamps would be a plus. Overall had great time and would recommend this place for anyone looking to visit the area.

This rental was just as other reviews stated. Spotlessly clean and pleasant to return to at the end of the day. Didn’t have to contact owner as rental was loaded with information on how to operate everything. Only suggestion I have concerns lighting in this lovely home. I prefer soft lighting from table lamps or floor lamps. Only one floor lamp was present in the whole house. If you prefer very bright overhead lighting then this home is perfect.

This was by far the best experience have had while traveling. Communication was great! When we arrived, the home was CLEAN and even smelled clean. The property was actually a bit nicer than I had expected from the pictures. They had added a firepit area in the backyard that wasn't in the pics, so that was a nice surprise. They backyard was AMAZING! The beds and couch were comfy! You could tell they took pride in the property; there were signs on what to do, or not do, so it made the stay easy. There was a folder out that set expectations up front. They just did a really great job of hosting. If we return to Fuquay, we will definitely be staying there again.

This place was awesome! Looking forward to renting again when we visit family in Holly Springs. Fenced yard was great for our 2 small dogs and neighborhood great place to walk the dogs.

Jason was very responsive and easy to communicate with. The home is immaculate and well stocked with household items. There are toiletries, hair dryers and cleaning supplies. There are games and books for the kiddos. The beds are extremely comfortable. We were traveling with 2 smaller dogs and the huge, fenced in backyard was great. The hosts have thought of everything, including a dog bed, raised food bowls and poop bags. The neighborhood is quiet and a good location; not far from grocery stores, gas stations or restaurants. The check in/check out was very easy.

Perfect for my family of 5 (teens) and my 2 fur babies! Fenced backyard made it easy for our dogs to run and play and family enjoyed the patio. Very quiet neighborhood and the house was spotless. We had everything we needed 💜

This is the second time we stayed at this house and we always look to see if it's available when we travel to NC. Great house, very clean and an amazing fenced back yard. We enjoy the yard along with our 2 dogs, they have a fun time running and playing. It's nice for them to have the freedom to run around and know they are secure and safe in the yard. We also like the location, lots of things to do and all within a short drive. It's nice to arrive and not have to worry about anything but enjoying your vacation. Jason is a wonderful host and communicates necessary information in a timely manner and always availble.

We stayed here while visiting friends in Fuquay Varina. It was super convenient to where they live. It was also convenient to Raleigh where we went to the natural history museum. Super happy we could have our little min pin with us. Plenty of beds and TVs to unwind after a busy day out. Would stay here again.

We came to NC for a wedding taking place in Cary. This house was in a good location and a great price for our needs. We have two adult children and two dogs. This owner allows pets and has a nice big backyard for them to roam around. The house was clean and had the basic amenities needed. The neighborhood is quiet with no traffic which makes for a safe area to walk the dogs. Everyone slept comfortably in their beds. We all thought the bathroom layout was unique, cute, and functional. Great stay.amd we would do it again.

We came to visit an old friend that works for Aviator Brewery. The house worked out as a great base for us, 5 adults. It was clean and comfortable, and the location was close to our daily activities. The neighborhood was quiet.
