House is open and welcoming. Our two week stay was comfortable, house is conveniently located. Communication with host, Brett, was awesome he is very responsive to any questions. Will definitely keep this property on our priority list when we return to Indian Rocks Beach.

This beach cottage had everything that you would need for a beach holiday. The coffee pods for the coffee machine were a nice touch. Excellent location, very near beach but also the intercostal waterway. Brett responded very quickly to any communication. Would definitely return.

The bungalow was clean and our family of 5 had enough space to spread out. It was nice to have 2 bathrooms and showers. We had plenty of towels for the showers and beach. The kitchen was stocked with plates, utensils, cookware, blender, etc. We had access to television, books, and board games when we needed a break from the sun. The bungalow was equipped with a dishwasher and washer/dryer which came in handy since we ate at the property most days and were able to wash towels since we visited the beach daily.
The backyard was nice and included plenty of seating, a gas grill, and a shed containing beach gear. We really appreciated having access to the wagon and beach gear. The proximity to beach access was great (only a 1 - 1 1/2 block walk that was not bad at all).
We had a great time and loved the bungalow. We would stay again if we were ever to visit Indian Rocks Beach again.

This fit our family so well. The location to the beach and restaurants was a short walk. We really enjoyed the backyard and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. The beach wagon, chairs and umbrella were a bonus and much appreciated. Our host responded quickly to all communications and was easy to work with.

We had a wonderful stay here in IRB. The house was immaculate and comfortable, plenty of space for 3 adults and 2 kids. The location was perfect too! We walked to dinner, ice cream, the beach and the bay. And Brett was a wonderful host! Thank you for having us!

The house was perfect for our family. Huge backyard with lots of seating. The shed has beach gear; chairs, umbrellas, etc. The walk to the beach was easy. The beach at the closest public access was not crowded at all. There is a more crowded area of the beach with rentable cabanas only a few blocks down. This area of Indian Rocks Beach was very quiet which was nice. Only a short drive to most restaurants.

Perfect!
Stayed here for our annual Girls Getaway (sisters and cousins). The house and location were perfect! The home was comfortable, nicely furnished and stocked with so many little extras. It was walking distance to a quiet beach and trolley stops that brought us to John’s Pass. I can’t think of anything but good things to say about this property!

Beautiful Beach Bungalow
It is a beautiful bungalow just 2 blocks from the beach. It definitely has the wow factor when you walk through the door. Very clean and decorated beautifully throughout. The owner was very quick to respond to any queries I had during our stay. We had 5 people in our group 4 adults and 1 child (11) and we all had plenty of room. I would highly recommend and would absolutely stay here again.

All the necessities we needed for the beach were located in the shed. They were in working order but you can tell they have been handled many times. The thermostat is touchy but we just learned to check on it every couple hours when we were turning into ice cubes ;) Great place for family and friends, thanks so much Brett! IRB is a hidden gem.

We had an awesome vacation in Indian Rocks Beach! The bungalow was perfect for our family of 7 and had EVERYTHING we needed. Easy walk to the beach and nice restaurants within walking distance. Short drive to Clearwater, an arcade, and shopping malls. This place was just what we needed and it was decorated beautifully. The owners were very responsive and answered all our questions. We would definitely recommend Bay Beach Bungalow.

Beach Weekend
Overall good and host was very accommodating. The fact that the third bedroom requires the occupants to walk through the second bedroom on a nightly trip to the bathroom is off putting and awkward for three separate couples expecting privacy. Perhaps the description of the house made note of this layout but none of us noticed as we saw “3 bedrooms” and expected a regular layout. Not impossible to live with, but awkward nonetheless. Well stocked with all necessities for house and beach with the exception of a blender….a must have for beach getaways. We would return again but with two couples, not three. Thanks for the hospitality.

We stayed in this home for our first beach vacation and it was absolutely PERFECT!!! We had 4 adults and 3 kids and it accommodated us perfectly, with just a short walk to the beach every day!!! We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay!!! Would definitely book again!
