The view from the backyard balcony overlooks a public drainage with filth and people openly defecation in the drain. The noise from the diesel fuel generator from the property behind the balcony is unbearably noisy during the night

- No hot water - Alexa (unplugged them all) - Fancy tech door lock could get annoying at times - keep it simple!

Apartment was American style of housing. The building is obviously residential and does not look like a hotel. Bedroom was fine. Bed was comfortable. Livingroom was fine. The ambience was very good. The facilities in the apartment were top notch and were working. I will definitely be back despite the downsides i mention. Great value for money.

Even though not the fault of the facility manager, there is a smelly carnal very close-by. Gush, the smell is horrible. I could not use the balcony because of this. The smell made me change my mind about using the swimming pool. Another thing is that the hotel may want to charge you in dollars as against the local currency you see. And they want to do it in the black market rate. So it is very important you settle your billing before arrival otherwise, you will be on a long haul. Addtionally, the Alexa doesn't control many things like the lights, TV , etc. Nevertheless, it was a good concept. Perhaps the facility manager need to just check the switches. Furthermore, the temperature in the shower can change from very mild to scotching hot in a second; so be careful or be scotched.

I’ve stayed at MiVi many times, always enjoy my stay. This time what I liked best was the new furniture. The decor is always great but the new center and side tables gave way to more space and we’re placed in convenient places around the apartment. They also added a desk and chair in the bedroom which allowed me to get a little work done. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a modern, quiet and secure place to stay in Lagos.

I liked the ambiance and location.

1. The cleaning policy. They clean the apartments after 2 days. It will be great if they clean the apartments daily. 2. Lack of an Intercom in the apartment. For convenience and emergencies, there should be a phone in the apartments.

I loved everything about the apartment. Polite staff and very accommodating. I recommend it to anyone visiting lagos.

The apartment was clean, comfortable and very nice. Plus, the staff, especially a kind gentleman named Leye, made sure I enjoyed my stay. I am definitely making a return. Thank you for the lovely apartment.
