The location
We checked in put our bags and left, come back and people were in our room. They had took our stuff to the front desk and then said we had to move. The next room was awful, TV didn't work and when they did find a one the remote never worked. They told us we would be compensated in the morning which was a lie.

It was so nasty, hairs in the tub and on the bed. The toilet had urine all over the seat which was broken as well. It didn't look like it had been cleaned at all except the bed being made.

There was NOTHING that I liked about the hotel.
Where to begin.
-I booked a suite with a king size bed with a jacuzzi on the first floor because my wife has really bad arthritis in her knees and it makes it hard to walk up stairs. We weren't contacted and told that our room was no longer available. We traveled from Michigan and we had been driving for 10+ hours. I booked the hotel in the morning, we could have received a call to give us an option or to cancel our reservation.
-The elevator DID NOT work.
-We were given a room with a double queen bed on the 2nd floor (two reg. mattresses not a box spring and mattress" and they had this stretchy sheet thing on the bottom mattress and there was dirt all in the crevasses.
-The room smelt of cigarette smoke (was supposedly non-smoking)
-There was no microwave or mini fridge
-The shower rod was barely hanging onto the wall
-The toilet rocked a lot and took a minute (literally) to flush. We had to hold the knob for a long time
-There was a door knob to the bathroom but it was hanging off, not connected at all so the door could not close. Luckily, I was only with my wife and not my kids because there would have been NO privacy.
-There was black mold in the bathroom by the light switch
-No smoke alarm
-The hotel was being "renovated" in the lobby, so I would expect dust/dirt there but the WHOLE hotel was dirty and disgusting. The carpets along the corridors to the rooms clearly hadn't been vacuumed in a LONG time.
- Overall, our experience was terrible.

This place is nasty. The blanket on my bed was stained. The sheets were also stained. The ledge on our bathtub was broken in what looked like a butt was on it. I paid for the room with a whirlpool tub and the hot water ran out before we got it filled

The two young lady's that work the front desk. Very helpful, caring, super sweet.
Dog crap all over in the bush and flower beds in front of building. Parking lot could use a good trash pickup more often. Soda machine was out of soda completely.

Lighting was not very good in parking lot windows were broken held locked by a screw hallway carpeting smelled.

Location was ok. 1 of the 6 staff members was friendly.
Everything. Bathroom door was literally rotting. Paint peeling off door on floor. Sloppy caulk work everywhere in bathroom. Shower leaked. Bed clothes were stained and smelled of body odor. Floors were dirty. Toilet and sink dirty. 3 outlets on wall didn't work. Had to move tv to use it. Asked for new sheets and towels first night. Got towels. Streamers were hanging on walls amd ceiling from previous people. Next say asked for new towels and sheets got nothing. Went to desk that night and got what I had asked for. Third day asked for towels. They were dirty. Place smelled of Marijuana constantly. Terrible breakfast. Rude staff. Lots of strange behavior by people here. Kids run unattended. 100%never recommend.1/100 due to 1 friendly staff member who said owners don't care what you tell them.

Everything! It was filthy! Sink leaked into a trash can. Tub was full of water. Every entrance was unlocked. the towels had black residue all over. Stunk like marijuana! Smell of cigarette smoke in the bathroom. Dirt ALL over the place! Worst place i’ve ever stayed and if I hadn’t just drove 11 hours I would have found another place!

The place was dirty my room wasn't what they said it would be and it was dirty breakfast was a joke .staff was rude and I had someone steal stuff from my room

this hotel is deplorable and the rooms were not comfortable at all if i had been traveloing with someone i would have changed hotels and taken a loss in the money i spent i would never recomment this location as it was moldy and musty smell
