I had booked this place for my uncle and his 2 kids. Apart from the location and beach accessibility the room was not at all up to the mark. The AC was not cooling, hot water facility was not there. There were frequent power-cuts and there was no power back up facility at the hotel

Useless place not at all worthy for the the amount they charge AC not working,no hot water,no amenities, they kept my ID without telling me why they are keeping it for and when I told the so called manager that girl had no idea what their staff is doing. Their so called reception is a small dirty room where they stay as well.... not at all recommended

I did not like anything about this hotel, except the location. It's located exactly on the beach but don't expect any sea view. Public parking, food joints n other necessities are nearby.

The hotel area is very shabby and gives you very negative vibes. There is no cleanliness in and around the hotel. The hotel lobby was full of dust, used bedsheets and mattresses were lying here and there. Staff was not bothered at all. All the guests were complaining but they were not bothered at all. Basic things like soap and towels were not kept in the room and I had to ask for several times. When we asked for a towel, the staff got irritated and was trying to give us used towel. It was eally disgusting. There was no water supply in the morning as their tank got empty. We had to wait for almost 1 hour for water to come. Our whole outing plan got delayed. There was frequent power cuts in the hotel. While checking out, we had to search for the staff to handover the keys. They were all sleeping and didn't bother to look at us either. Very careless behaviour and no proper management staff in the hotel.Never ever get fooled by the name and sea view which is highlighted in the hotel ad. Very very disappointed. .

And later seen them downstairs with their friends doing time pass Was with my Mum there and even she didn't like the way service was given Their Job was only to work from 11:00 am to 12pm Check out & Check in time Was not Happy About the Service

Once you book the stay, you will get the call from the manager for advance payment. Once you pay the same and go to the location first of all there is no reception. They take the id proof pics and ask you to pay the remaining balance amount. Once you pay they will ask you to cancle the booking of booking.com. Further, once you go and see the room you will be in shock. The room is totally different than what you see in booking.com it was dirt not clean bed having some noise bathroom were not cleaned set top box is not working. Everything is hell. Locality is worst. You asked for the room which are shown on site are not available also if you ask to cancel and ask for refund they will not refund the amount. After lots of hell they will pay you some amount and say if the room booked again by some other group then only they will pay the remaining amount. In my case i lost 3000.

This is the perfect hotel for a weekend getaway in goa Baga. The downtown area on Main Street is a best kept secret and the baga beach exotica offers everything you need if you don’t feel like venturing out.

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. We travelled for our honeymoon and lots of luggage and despite the stairs the this was one of the nicest places we stayed.
