Besplatan parking na zalost nije uvek dostupan, parking nije numerisan tako da se cesto desi da je sve popunjeno i da nema mesta za auto ispred zgrade.

Drugi put dolazimo u ovaj prelepi apartman na divnoj lokaciji,kao što sam i prošli put napisala prostrano,čisto,sa prelepom terasom udobnim krevetima sve je čista 10!!! Ljubaznost na nivou i uvek nas dočeka nes kafa koju možemo da spremimo stvarno sve pohvale rado ćemo doći opet❤️👍🫶

Superb location,close to the bars,restaurants,fortress,bus stops...7th floor accesible by elevator, free parking, good comunication with the owner, comfortable and clean 2 bedroom apt,

This apartment is in the heart of Nis, it's truly a great value for money. Another plus, it also has a parking place and excellent WIFI connection even though somehow in the description it is not mentioned, maybe it would be better to change this detail. Recently renovated, the bed was confortable.

The place could have been cleaner. Everything was in order, but we’ve definitely stayed in tidier apartments before. Note that there’s only one air conditioner in the living room (which has not been cleaned long time ago), which makes it nearly impossible to cool the two bedrooms,something to keep in mind on hot days. We also found it odd that the windows and doors hadn’t been replaced, as the living room shows real attention to detail. They creaked loudly whenever we opened or closed them, which was quite annoying. The apartment is on the 7th floor of a very old building. This wasn’t an issue for us, but it could be for those uncomfortable with heights, since access is either via many stairs or a very old elevator. The biggest inconvenience, however, was the key system: the key was in a locker, but to get it you first had to enter the building by buzzing someone,not ideal, especially with a late check-in. The host was communicative but not particularly friendly. Payment had to be left in cash inside the apartment, and he sent a confusing photo of a door that we couldn’t even find nearby. As experienced travelers with strong English, we found his slightly condescending replies unnecessary. There are lots of things that could be improved...
