It was spacious and we found the extra blankets/pillows. It was comfortable and suited our needs perfectly. Liked that we had our own parking space. Instructions provided told us what to do.

The dryer didn't work. Videos need more explanation on what symbols mean. Thermostat didn't work. Backyard overgrown. Construction around property. Hard to walk around.

Not much. The apt is in a poor location. It felt tired and in need of plenty TLC. I found plastic food-trays left behind my bed, a window that didn't open with a 'do not touch' sign posted on it, lights that needed to have bulbs replaced, a 'smart' TV with 'self-service only - no cable channels, Grudgingly, I would say that the apt provided a fairly adequate kitchen and work space. Overall, though, I felt meanly treated and, to some extent, duped: little respect shown for the comfort of the tenant, and little thought given to the provision of good, considerate service and fair value.

Almost everything. While this apartment gives its address as Limpertsberg it is on the very outskirts of the district and in the Muhlenbach area far from Limpertsberg centre, which is only accessible by a long steep climb of more than a Km. No bus runs up this slope. The rental for the apt, however, was costed as if it were truly in the heart of Limpertsberg. Bus service to the city centre is limited and infrequent (in spite of Luxembourg's world-class public transport system). The keys were in a lock-box attached to rails c. 80 metres from the apt entrance. I arrived with heavy luggage on a very dark, very wet evening and had to abandon my luggage at the entrance while I fumbled in the dark to try to enter the code on the lockbox. Remote virtual contact was the only possibility of assistance.

Alternate accommodation was very neat and clean.

The checkin procedure was horrible and very troublesome. We were asked to wait for 2 hours in the night as the keys weren’t where they were supposed to be. The key code provided to us was also incorrect. I had to make frantic calls to the accommodation to sort it out which took about 2 hours. In these 2 hours, we were stuck standing in the rain in the middle of the night(as had a late checkin) with our kids. When we finally got to checkin in an alternate accommodation, there was no formal apology from the owner. Not acceptable.

The apartment is spacious, clean and with equipment that works perfectly.

Spacious living room and kitchen. Good sized bedrooms.

Beds were a bit creaky, I slept on a slight slope. The bathtub and shower were inaccessible for me, the side of the tub being very high and I could not not safely set in or out of it.

This place is comfortable and has a good value. The surrounding areas are calm. If you like tranquility, this is the place. And also, the hosts are very helpful and 24/7 reachable. Good job 👍🏽

As an Aquarius who needs privacy, I don’t think this place offers such privacy: there is no curtain or window coverings on the back door, therefore our neighbors can see the living room right through the glass door —and the vice versa. Also, the dishwasher was kinda smelly.
