The Haven is a lovely, comfortable, well-stocked condo. The view from the 2nd floor balcony is outstanding. We enjoyed watching the ponies, the marsh birds, and the view of the lighthouse and the ocean. The east side of the island is perfect for those that enjoy a quiet relaxing time.

Great family vacation spot
Recently spent a week at this property, had an amazing time. Location is perfect, what more do you need then to sit out back overlooking the water. Looking forward to returning again next year!

Great Location. Fishing, crabbing, watching the sunrise with coffee in hand from dock! easy Kayak access. and great birding! Condo was clean, and made for easy commute to the ponies! 🐎

My family had the best time this year. Your townhouse is so nice, very well kept, kitchen has everything needed for cooking, and my grandkids loved going up the spiral staircase. The best part was the dock and porch. We all fished and relaxed on the porch. We will definitely come back here. Thank you for letting us rent your beautiful home. Kim Renoll and family

This property was spacious, up to date, and clean. As retired people visiting the island, it was away from the bustle and close to the wildlife refuge which is where we wanted to spend most of our time.
The setting was lovely, but there was repeated music from next door for hours every day and evening. Fortunately we liked the music, but the sound track was only several hours long and repeated throughout the day. It got a bit annoying as we really just wanted to listen to the sounds of the birds and water.

This property was spacious, up to date, and clean. As retired people visiting the island, it was away from the bustle and close to the wildlife refuge which is where we wanted to spend most of our time.

Family vacation
Great location and views. It was easy to get our kayaks in and out at the dock in back. Unit was clean upon arrival and as pictured. Would definitely rent again.

We have been coming to Chincoteague for decades, and this was my favorite location. The views and access to the water were fantastic. We kayaked, paddle boarded, and fished right off of the dock. We were able to see tons of water birds from the house. The house was well stocked and very comfortable. The only downsides were that the spiral staircase to the third level is a big challenge to older adults, and neither deck is screened which limits use when the mosquitos are bad. We will definitely consider staying here again!

Rental was clean. Beautiful view and location! Dock was great although had some rough nails and boards in need of repair. Bathrooms were very small. One shower most of our family couldnt use due to size. Air conditioner made 2nd level freeze out and first level stayed very warm.

The rental was very clean and well-kept, though a piece of the back door was broken. I mentioned it when we called about another issue, but it wasn't looked at, though the initial issue was taken care of immediately. Also, if the rental company is not going to supply Kleenex, hand soap, or all but one roll of TP for each bathroom when the stay is for a week for a family - you may want to put that on the list of things to bring. We would not have minded!
