Demande de pourboire, présentée sur une petite carte laissée sur un meuble de la chambre, pour l’entretien de la chambre. Qu’en est-il alors des frais de service qui s’ajoutent au prix initial de la chambre si ce n’est pour couvrir ce travail ? Ces multi-nationales devraient payer convenablement leurs employés. (Nous avons tout de même laissé un pourboire)

L'hôtel est neuf, bien placé (presque en face du Lac) et le personnel est très aimable.
La chambre est propre, moderne et même si c'est petit, c'est confortable.

L’ensemble était super, confortable, propre . Nous étions la pour une nuit donc nous sommes arrivés tard et repartis très tot le matin. Nous allons revenir c’est garantie!!
Nous avons pas eu le temps de visiter le lieu donc je n’ai rien a dire de négatif.

Le confort et la propreté ainsi que l'endroit bien situé
Lait en poudre pour le café le matin dans la chambre.
Déjeuner sans jambon, saucisses bacon.
Il y a un frigo dans la chambre alors vous pourriez mettre des petits lait et crème dans le frigo pour le café. Il y a aussi le train qui nous réveille à 7h le matin

Excellent location. Staff was professional, always helpful and super friendly. Continental breakfast was included and it was always fresh and staff always present to help and refill. Very clean. Bed and pillows are very comfortable. They have a car charging port for electric cars on location free of charge. Will surely return. We loved it.

Everything was excellent, including breakfast. Never expected such perfection in a small town hotel. I traveled around the world and stayed in many hotels, some good, some bad, some average, but this hotel was impeccable. I was really impressed.
Can't think of anything that I didn't like.

Great staff but there should have been twice as many of them.
Everything seemed cheap and undersized.

Spacious, clean, love the dove products
No water bottle fill station however staff allowed me to fill it up from their kitchen sink.
Woman worker at the breakfast station kept asking if i and my kids were going to eat all our food . It was insulting. We ate all we took and did not waste any however, it felt as if she was judging us. Very uncomfortable.

Incredible interior noise all night long. Called front desk at 4 am to complain and nothing changed.

It really has exceeded my expectations. Spacious room, very clean, friendly staff and good value for money. Located right next to a park where you can contemplate a beautiful sunset on the Mégantic lake.
