Nothing to like about this property

Very poor hotel , very bad customer service, staffs don’t know how to behave with guest , AC was not working, I call the staffs no one responding, they not even answer properly.

When we arrived at the hotel and showed them the booking confirmation, the staff looked puzzled and told us that our bookings were not in their system and that all of their rooms are occupied. Another staff comes about 10 minutes later and tells us that the rooms are not available due to problems with the electricty (which, if it was true, they should have contacted us and informed us in advance). Anyhow, since there were no rooms available for us, the staff asked us to stay instead at their affliate hotel - the Veena Regency Hotel. We get there and the first room we are shown has a lizard crawling on the wall. We are greeted by a cockroach upon entering the second room. The hotel is very old and the rooms felt like they have not been used for a while. The pillows underneath the covers were yellow and the towels had a lot of old stains too. The only saving grace was the breakfast but overall not a pleasant experience.

Mattress in the room are old and bumpy, not suitable for sleeping.

1) breakfast they make in limited, there was no variety at all and same food what yesterday they made repeatedly they are making next day 2) every hotel give water extra when customers asked but here they have charged me 3) dental kit was missing when i asked then they gave 4) after cleaning they forgot to keep towel again for this i need to call and asked

There is no complaint about room service.

Expectation was that room will have one balcony,one electric kettle and can accommodate 5 persons, unfortunately neither of these were fulfilled. We were harrassed continuously from when we arrived. Initially we were shown a small and damp room under the stairs with literally no area to walk around the room, no windows, no electric kettle. After a lot of argument, we were then shown a room which again, had no balcony, no electric kettle, the AC did not work and the washroom exhaust didnt function. After 2 hours of talking with the manager,we were offered a room which a bit better than the two rooms initially shown to us, but this room also had disadvantages like- 1. The exhaust didn't work 2. The electric kettle point didn't work 3. There was no balcony (that was mentioned wile booking) We were tired and after travelling for 9 hours, the fact that we had to argue for a room and had to change 4 rooms before we settle into one for more than 2 hours is completely unacceptable.

Helpfull staf

Nice but bed was not gud .... Room was not gud as price but there is no other gud hotel so quite ok.... Not to gud not to bad .....
