Hotel is clean and nicely decorated, room size is huge by korean standard. Bathroom is great, especially with bathtub. Breakfast is tasty, end a little early, so we had to get up early on our holiday.

We had to request to reception if we want cleaning. We did so and she asked us our requested time. But to our horror, when we came back, room is still not cleaned. We had difficulties in communicating with the receptionist on standby to ask for clean towels. Maybe we can just indicate it in our room instead of having to request and not getting it done. Also, location is not as near as reviewed by others. This is like 15mins uphill walk from KTX station, so be prepared when you are carrying your luggage.
