For us the location was key. Close to family we were visiting. It was like home away from home. It had everything we needed. We had initial issues and had to communicate via email to the Client Services team, which was annoying but they did respond quickly.

The initial handover was very poor. The person did not explain all the details of the property on how things worked. Consequently we spent two days tooing and froing by email with the Client services team on how things worked. Little things like how to open the windows, why we have no hot water in the shower. Found the window keys by accident but still didn’t know how to open them. We had to do all the follow up work with photos of the issues etc. Once all the teething issues sorted, it was a comfortable property to stay for 3 weeks.

Location near shops and facilities and quiet

The shower and hot water can be a bit more consistent

Whole atmosphere was great it is a good looking property with kind an polite stuff . The property was really tidy and pretty well set for our arrival. Our delayed arrival was meet with much understanding... Those it self had great energy we slept really well... The area was well quite ...

The only thing I could mention that could be improved. Would be the shower, because it takes the points for an inconsistent flow kind of slow and the difficulty of keeping right temperature, with little relapse of absolutely I've cold water for a moments ...

O espaço do pequeno quintal.
