House was great! Just as pictured and described. Manager/owner was responsive and easy to reach. Beautiful property. Would stay here again.

Our family enjoyed all aspects of the property, the Awesome view, the home’s beautiful decor, hot tub, etc .it was perfect for our family. Highly recommend.

Animal hair, maybe dog’s hair, were visible on carpet, on sofa’s cushion inside the house and outdoor furniture and on rugs in bathrooms. Requested host to have cleaning crew re-cleaned, but they didn’t show up until later when we were all about to have dinner. My daughter in-law vacuumed the entire house and removed all the outdoor furniture cover and washed them. Host stated she will refund $500, but never did.

This home needs some serious TLC so be prepared! I spoke with Amanda the day we arrived at the airport because I didn't have information on how to get in the property and she argued with me the entire time saying she emailed it to me rather than simply give me the code. That was when I realized Id better watch her because I had a bad feeling. Boy, was I right! This lady is full of lies and excuses. Amanda assessed an incidental fee on us for "scratches" on the wood floor and a "tear in the felt on the pool table." The tear was there when we arrived and I have a photo to prove it. The so called "scratches" on the wood floor were scuff marks from the wooden rocking horse she had sitting out in the living room. After going back and forth she proceeded to tell us she wasn' charging us for the floors, only the felt on the pool table. WE DID NOT TEAR THE FELT AND SHE KNOWS IT! Oddly enough, the first day we arrived we noticed there was a crack in the living room glass that I had taken a picture of and sent to her via text. She said it was from the previous tenants and the glass was on order. Thank goodness I did this because I' sure she would'v tried to say WE did that as well! Shame on me for not including the photo we had of the felt on the pool table in that same text. We experienced a number of issues during our stay-burned out light bulbs, leaky faucets, a broken handle on the faucet in kitchen and broken handles on the cabinets downstairs. Beware of the upstairs master shower!!! It shoots straight out of the shower when you turn it on and water goes all over the floor/wall and all over you! In her listing prior to our stay, she states there is a "NEW pool table." This is false! The pool table was clearly old because the felt was in bad shape, the bumper on one side was loose and the pool sticks were worn to the nub. The upstairs master bedroom's heater did not work the entire time we stayed. Thankfully the fireplace kept us warm. She told me the maintenance man came while we were away to fix the heater, which is also a lie. When I asked her to tell me which day and time he came, she ended up saying he came the week BEFORE our stay to fix the heater/thermostat. There are also cameras outside facing inside the property. Not that we have ANYTHING TO HIDE, just creeped us out feeling like we were being watched the entire time. I would NEVER rent from her, nor will I use VRBO EVER again. They do nothing and are NOT on your side!
