Really nice staff and the location was also perfect, right in the center and close to everything like the Bus station or shops

very close to the city centre, clean, friendly staff
-very loud in the room, you can feel like you sleep on the street as rooms are next to the main street 😕

it was very close to the city and everything you need it was within a close distance.
the excursion, i paid for a big boat to go cayo levantao and it wasn't true , it was a small canoe.

Comfortable beds and shower (including warm water!). Location at walking distance from the Malecon and city beach and very close to the Caribetours terminal. Breakfast was good and sufficient.
Lot of noise from the street (recommend bringing earplugs), no daylight in the room.

Everything about this hotel is perfect. Staff were super friendly and nice. One of the staff members, Gelson, gave me a lot of good info about what to see in Samana. There is so much to see in Samana.

Location, breakfast
We would say that 7 is a pretty accurate rating for the hotel. They clean the rooms on every second day, the furniture is on the cheaper side. We were meaning to give it a 7, but on the last day we noticed almost half of our money from the wallet in our suitcase was missing. So be careful with your money.

The toalet didn't work at all, wi- fi in our room didnt work

Neighborhood
Air condition not working properly and the room is to much light coming from street no blind on windows and no compact refrigerators to keep at least some cold water.

It is located in the city center and is fine value for money
Be aware, that there is a lot of noice from the road nearby.
