I showed up and was charged more that it was shown on booking.com. Then there was no facilities as shown on booking.com app.

Nothing was good at all.
No hot shower though they said that was available. Laundry has not arrived on time and came back with wet clothes and it smelled like a dirty toilet. We spent 3 nights but our room has never cleaned up even though we have asked many times.

Close to airport
The staff did not honor what was talked or agreed on phone. Very unclean room where bed sheets and blanket had stains. Bathroom sink had rust on it and toilet seat was not clean as well. The tea provided in breakfast was the worst tea I had in India during a month stay and I like to drink tea a lot. The escalator did not work and my room was on 3rd floor. They did not provide mineral water bottle and towel the first day.

Everything is new and clean, daily cleaning, linen change every other day. There is a supermarket nearby. In general, this is a shopping area, close to the market, metro.”

The hotel claim to be located in a different address in the booking than the actual one, it is way more far from the airport at least 5 km. I chosen it because my fly was very early in the morning so my plan was walking from the hotel to the airpory in 15 min... obviously that couldn't be possible. But then once I arrived there by taxi, and not by walking as I planned, I found it closed because of the G20 event. The hotel didn't advise me that it was going to be closed during the G20 as many other hotels in the area. They knew that but they didn't care to tell me, even after confirming my booking... So I had to call to know it, already in front of the hotel door...closed. End of the story I had to sleep at the airport... I highly do not raccomend to choose this hotel... stay away from them.
