Very modern and spacious
Not enough privacy on balcony as only a glass screen between apartment so the sound travelled. Also the outside steps but dangerous they need a white strip painted along the edges.

Everything was perfect, place is new, spotlessly clean, modern, close in walking distance to sea, shops and cafes. Staff- all the girls were amazing, friendly and helpful.
We had fantastic time! I would highly recommend
I would love a washing machine in apartment .

very clean and tidy place , walking distance from the beach, grocery stores and tavernas.
This place was perfect for us and our toddler.
Mastihari is also a good area to be based in, we had a car and anywhere we needed to go was within 10-35 mins
Would be great to have small playground for toddlers somewhere on the territory (e.g. plastic castle with a slide and swings). there was a bigger playground near by but quite frankly it was very old, dusty and not safe for little ones

The apartment was new, clean and well equiped. The location, just on the edge of town was excellent.
Shower wasn't always warm, apartment was only cleaned occasionaly.

The apartment is spacious, brand new and very clean. Zoe and Nikos (the owners) are very friendly and helpful. The location in the middle of Kos allows you to explore all the beaches of the island. Highly recommended for relaxing holidays!

Property must be one of the most modern apartments in Mastichari. The place is only five mins stroll from the main area (so close you don’t notice), and there’s a great bar with ocean view just a couple of hundred metres away. There’s also a public pool with snacks just 100m up the road that’s a nice change from the beach. Supermarket just down the road as well (a couple of mins walk).
Apartments have full length electric external window shutters which keeps them cool, make it super quiet (it is anyway) and gives a great sleep.
Highly recommended.
Not much. No beach views, but you can’t have it all.

Brand new and exactly as the photographs
it’s our 10th time to Mastihari and these are the nicest apartments we have stayed in.
Even had a bottle of wine and some water waiting for us when we arrived

Beautiful, clean, very well equipped apartments in a location just a few minutes walk from the centre of the village. The host is friendly and helpful and we had a great stay. We would definitely stay here again

Very informal (and even friedly!) relations with the owner. The separate entrance to the apartment which we had (it was excellent for travel in the Covid-19 time!). There were found many useful little things in the apatrment both for the bathroom (soap, shampoo, lotion, etc,) and for the kitchen (high-quality dishes, full set of glasses, etc.). The apartment was very clean all days.

Perfectly situated apartments as its under a 5 min walk away from the beach and close to the local supermarket. High spec and well equipped facilities for outstanding value. The room was spotlessly clean and the bed was conformable. Staff were also friendly courteous and accommodating. Impressed with the fact there was a cooker and will definitely be having a go at making something from the Greek cuisine next time I'm in Mastichari.
