Понравилась чистота, планировка апартаментов. Есть всё необходимое для длительного и комфортного проживания. Внизу круглосуточный супермаркет. Вокруг кафе и рестораны на любой вкус и кошелёк. Это не центр, но мы и пешком ходили на набережную, хотя и автобусов там более чем достаточно.

Apartment is very clear and quite. Price quality ratio is excellent! Kitchen was equipped with all needed for simple cooking for breakfast or light dinner. Autonomous system of hot water and heating. The host was very helpful and hospitable.

The building have not elevator and apartment is on the third floor.

We stood here for less than 12 hours... Arrived late in the evening after the flight, and went on early in the morning. But the stay was great. We were nicely welcomed by the host even though it was quite late, the apartment was huge and had everything we might had needed. And the location is perfect. Highly recommended!

very clean apartment, as same as it looks in the photos. the host is very helpful and ready to do everything to make you feel comfortable at home and in the city. there are enough cafes, restaurants around. it is located not in the center or oldtown but with taxi it is like 5-10 minutes.

My wife and I had several great nights of sleep at Elvina's apartment. It was quiet, the bed was comfortable, and the location was good. There is a large supermarket right next door and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. Our wonderful host, Elvina, was there to greet us and provide the key. Her two sons even helped us to register with the ASAN service center. Elvina parle français couramment! (She speaks French fluently!) To access the apartment, pass through the archway at this location (40°23'03.0"N 49°49'23.8"E ) into the parking lot. Then, enter the building by climbing the first set of stairs on your right hand side. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you, Elvina!
