If I could give this house 10 out of 5 stars I would!! We fell in love the minute we walked in! We will definitely stay here again! Super clean, awesome community, quiet location.

We had a really nice time at this property. The location is nice. Very close to the beaches, restaurants and shops. We used the pool, tennis and basketball courts. The community is great for runs and walks. Overall a great place to stay.

House was very clean and well kept. Back porch had great view of golf course. We will book again.

Place was suoer clean and had an amazing layout for my 80YO parents. Love the back screened in porch. Would definitely stay there again.

Family Summer vacation
We spent a week at this property. My husband and I came with our daughter, her husband, and their 16 month old and 3 year old sons. The set up was perfect for us with a large kitchen and family room. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The screened in back porch was a great extra.
We paid to use the pool and playground and the pool was very refreshing at the end of a hot day.

Enjoyed the back patio view of the golf course. Great neighborhood!
Hall bath shower had some draining issues but I contacted management and they are going to take a look. Owners do not let you check in early just FYI! Wish I knew that a head of time. They are very strict on a 4pm check in. Great long weekend overall!

Perfect One level house with just a few steps. Had everything we needed in the kitchen, and beach chairs to share! Decor was cute for the beach vibe.

My family and I decided to come down to Bethany for the end of the summer. The house was in a great location and extremely clean. The amenities were great. After a day at the beach, my kids (8 and 5) loved access to the pool, tennis courts, and basketball courts. Great vacation.

My family and I decided to come down to Bethany for the end of the summer. The house was in a great location and extremely clean. The amenities were great. After a day at the beach, my kids (8 and 5) loved access to the pool, tennis courts, and basketball courts. Great vacation.

As we were here off-season, we loved the gas fireplace - it made the first few nights extra cozy during the cold weather. The house has a great golf course view. Quiet & relaxing but with many amenities nearby!
