Location was fantastic. Flat was good and perfect for our trip. Bathrooms were good and water pressure good. Overall a comfortable choice.

The key collection, why a location nearer couldn't be chosen? No keys were labelled, nor was the entry door which looked like a service entrance. The office next door were familiar with guests ringing the office nextdoor for entry. This could easily be rectified with a photo of the correct door. The kitchen area wasn't particularly clean, the cooker hood was filthy, caked with grease. The saucepans old and worn. No way to make coffee, not even a cafetiere. Water leaking from the running tap would leak onto the cupboards and floor - this seems a long standing issues as the cupboard doors were warped and peeling. The lighting in the bathroom wasn't bright enough. Impossible to shave in such dim lighting. The unexpected guest of a mouse, running through the flat on our final night!

Great location easily walkable to main sights. Quite area fret safe. Lovely apartment excellent balcony

The apartment was in a great location. Easy to find, spacious, well worth paying for.

Overall, there isn't much not to like.

There was a nice balcony to sit on.

The property was not particularly clean and the beds were so uncomfortable with such soft, unsupportive mattresses we all got back ache. Many of the lights didn't work properly either. The property needs some investment to improve the facilities and also change how you get into the property as picking up the keys and having to walk another 10 minutes was a pain with all our luggage.
