The property was very clean, very comfortable. The bed was perfect. We brought food and was able to prepare it there. Great get a way for the weekend. Looking forward to coming back in November for family Thanksgiving!

Nothing really. Extra batteries for tv remotes. Fortunately, the one remote worked for both tv's

Loved it but problems with the air conditioner. Maintenance was prompt and friendly. Had to call over twice over the weekend during our stay.

stand alone / whole condo units and proximity to lake

amenities seemed a little worn-out, master bedroom mattress was horrible, some electrical outlets didn’t work, couldn’t get the TV on, fixtures missing lightbulbs, hall bath shower head needs replacing, marketing pictures of unit were somewhat misleading as they portrayed waterfront unit - which it was not.

the treetop villas are beautiful and really unique.

All of the outside lights (walkway and doorway) were out so it was very dark making our way down the stairs and to the door. I ended up changing the lightbulb above the front door because it was so dark and a safety hazard due to the drop off on either side of the walkway. Also, the door leading outside downstairs didn’t have functional locks (either deadbolt or doorknob) and only had a chain lock…this didn’t feel very secure at all.

We loved everything about the property! The views were great, the kitchen had all necessities needed, there was plenty of space for us with 2 little ones.

The spiral staircase does present a hazard for small children, we had to block that off for our little guy. But, over all, we have no complaints.

This place went over and beyond my expectations! The location was perfect, the community was quiet and comfortable, & the actual villa was beautiful!! It was enough space for us & it had 3 full bathrooms which helped out tremendously!! I am already trying to figure out my next visit!!

I didn’t like that the office staff wasn’t available like the times on the office hour board. We wanted to go swimming but couldn’t locate it or anyone to help us out.
