Great views of gulf and great location and the unit was clean and updated.
Still quite a bit of construction going on in common areas. There was a strong foul seafood odor when passing the restaurant to go to the beach and the area outside the unit had a mildew odor. The only complaint about the unit itself is that the master bath shower pressure was so strong that it hurt to take a shower.
