Good location, clean rooms, great and friendly staff, and a nice breakfast. There are all-around hotel instructions/suggestions on how to avoid long lines for breakfast. By following it, there will not be problems with table availability in restaurants. The bathrooms, showers, and air conditioner are really good.
Poor sound insulation in rooms. I could hear everything the guests talked about in the room next to mine, and they even didn't talk very loud. It felt like they were in the same room as me. Also, there was a door between my and their room, which was strange. The door was locked, but it felt a bit unsafe to have a door between 2 different rooms.

Hotel and rooms were clean. Good variety of food at breakfast. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Sehr freundlich, sehr gute Lage und alles sehr gepflegt. Schneller Fahrstuhl und super Frühstück. Gratis Kofferlagerung vor und nach dem Aufenthalt ohne Probleme.
Wurde mit 4 Personen sehr warm und lüften war nicht einfach möglich da spezielle Fenstersicherung und Laute Umgebung durch Verkehr. Nur recht harte Kissen aber das ist persönliches Empfinden. Preis war pro Nacht sehr hoch bei 300 Euro.

Near metro, not in centre, but we like walking, so it was OK (Sagrada Familia 30 mins by foot). Not the best hotel, but for price and given the season, it was pretty good choice.
We were lucky to get up early, but the space for breakfast is so small that there were queues of people waiting to be seated. Offer was average.

Mold in the bathroom, bad beds, small room when staying with children (no where to move around), long que for breakfast, had to pay additional tourist taxes on arrival.

The location was great, calm and quiet. The area felt authentic and relaxing. The staff were friendly and helpful and the cleanliness of the rooms was immaculate. All in all a very good place to stay.
I missed more hooks for hanging coats/outerwear in the rooms. More hooks in the bathroom would also be useful. For the four of us, the room was a bit tight, however, for two it would have been great. We tried the breakfast buffet only once and didn't find it worth getting up at 7 am for or queueing for, but plenty of people did.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Bliskość metra. W pokoju czuliśmy się komfortowo. Smaczne śniadanie w formie bufetu. Duży wybór. Każdy z gości mógł znaleźć coś dla siebie. Ostatniego dnia była możliwość zjedzenia śniadania przed godziną 7:00.
Mankamentem może być mała liczba dań na ciepło na śniadanie (1-2) oraz fakt, że w godzinach 8:00-10:00 trzeba długo czekać na wolny stolik, aby zjeść śniadanie. Nie wpływa to jednak na moją ocenę.

La taille de la chambre était suffisant grande et le lit très confortable
Le petit-déjeuner bien varié et copieux
Le bruit de la rue. La chambre donnait sur la rue et on entendait tous les bruits venant de l'extérieur que soit la nuit ou encore très tôt le matin avec les camions poubelles ou les motos. Il faudrait changer le vitrage des fenêtres.

It is conveniently situated, close to the metro, shops, cafes. Surrounding area is quiet at night, not too busy. Breakfast was all right, room was ok. Good value for money. Taxis were outside all the time, just jump in and go places. I would consider staying there again if I came back to Barcelona. Kids were able to stream movies with the hotel wifi.
Pillows were a bit too stiff. Mechanical ventilation sound at night might be annoying if you’re sensitive (
you can switch it off). Room was a bit tight with the bed and the sofa extended. Could not find mayonnaise when having a breakfast.

Well, communication were poor, I mentioned at time of booking some requirements but they denied and we had six rooms and they split all rooms and kept us separately
