The hotel was perfect for our one night stop over. The rooms were amazing with a great view. Breakfast included was also great.

Room is not equipped properly given its price. For example there is neither kettle nor iron in a room

Hotel costituito da numerose strutture, dislocate attorno alla reception centrle, la nostra camera era in posizione perfetta, ad un paio di rampe dalla reception, con un patio esterno dotato di sdraio e tavolino, oltre ad una bellissima vista mare. camera spaziosa. Spa e servizio massaggi. Ottima colazione , su terrazza vista mare. Piscina e area mare.

Bagno con vasca e non la doccia. La macchina la portano al parcheggio e te la portano quando la chiedi, una volta ha funzionato bene, l'altra abbiamo dovuto aspettare mezz'ora. Il massaggio da 55 euro (come indicato nella prenotazione) in realtà l'ho pagato 65.

The location of this hotel is stunning and the pools and gardens are beautiful. It is in a primary spot. Many rooms will have fabulous views of the sea.

Due to the location one has high expectations but sadly a number of things really let it down. No wifi in the rooms and the internal phone not always answered. Very worrying for any issues during the night. Quite unbelievably they only provide a bottle of water in the room on the first night of your stay - this in a country you cannot drink the water out of the tap i could not accept at all. I was told there was a bar and i had to go an purchase there! I couldn't quite put my finger os what it was that was so wrong with the hotel and then I realised that the staff all seem unhappy working there. No one smiled and when you asked for anything you were made to feel a 'nuisance'. This in turn affected the guests. Whilst i was there i dont think i ever heard a guest laugh, in fact hardly anyone smiled! This is in stark contrast to all the staff in Kalkan who are great and cannot do enough for you to make your stay really memorable. Breakfast is fine as buffet style however is comparison to most hotels now - disappointing. The overall fabric of the hotel is in much need of serious investment as it is currently very tired with many things broken or damaged.
