I did not like the fact that in reality there is no parking assured. It says "private parking" but in fact there is no parking available. It was a pain to find a place in the street and then pay very expensive for it. Too bad, otherwise it could be a nice experience.

Perfect location

Lovely hotel and a very spacious room. Just a few minutes walk to the main square. Lovely continental breakfast with lots of choice. For the price as near to perfection as possible.

The hotel is very nice. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Location was great, just a very short walk to the attractions and the centre for bars/restaurants.

it was very central to all the attractions in Bruge - but still far enough away to have a peaceful nights sleep with the window open!!!

Cosy and friendly hotel. very welcoming landlady. Nice room with balcony and inner yard wiews.

Breakfast was good but nowadays there should be also some vegetables included. Steep stairs with too little light.

The location is convenient to go to the old town center and to generally move about in the city. The staff were polite and promptly responsive to any requests. 3-person room was quite spacious and had also a big enough bathroom to go with it.

The photo online was quite misleading when we booked the 3-person room because we expected a room with 2 stories with beautifully exposed beams, but apparently that's a 4-person room. In the 2-person room, a bedside lamp and the telephone didn't work. The setup and the room arrangement seemed a bit off. The overall experience was not bad, but I can't say I'd recommend it.

An amazing find - very close to Bruges Market square - building has many period features dating back to the 1400s - host was exceptionally friendly and helpful and the room was so full of character. Plenty of choice for Breakfast

nothing - it was perfect

arrived in the pouring rain! greeted by a lovely lady, even though we were early our room was ready and we were shown a lovely room. had a lovely boutique hotel feel. We had arranged parking beforehand and needed showing where the parking was, we went together and this was over and above what we expected! This parking was awesome as there weren't any real steep inclines. the room itself was spacious and had a nice colour scheme, the bathroom was modern and again immaculate. The bed was huge and comfy, we also had a kettle and drinking facilities, another nice touch was, we were given a map of Bruges and shown where the main points were. Breakfast was awesome, plenty of choice and again served by the same lady (whom I am sure is the hardest working person in Bruges) We will definitely be back here for the christmas market and all thanks to the Boterhuis!!
