La sympathie du personnel, le bon emplacement et la présence du restaurant dans l’hôtel. Très bon déjeuner. Demande juste un peu de rafraîchissement dans les chambres. Nous avons passé un très bon week end. Très bon rapport qualité prix

The location was grest to attend the F1 Grand Prix at Spa-Francorchamps. The road is secondary and avoids the traffic jams.
The breakfast was decent and the staff amicable. Lactose free options would be welcome (soy milk, oats milk or similar) for the coffee.
The size of the room was generous and the place was very silent.
The room was boiling when we arrived and there is no air conditioner, just a weak fan.
The shower was very uncomfortable, with no curtain or glass the prevent the water from splashing everywhere and the ceiling did not allow you to standstill in the low sloped ceiling in the shower confortably.
The mattress was not that confortable, it needs renewal. Nobody changed the towels or the bed sheets in 3 days.
