The staff were all amazing and always hard working. Food was great - lots of variety and something for everyone of our family to enjoy. Pool kids entertained by an amazing team Special treat for my son’s birthday by the restaurant staff without even having to ask - special cake and sparking wine!

We booked 2 rooms - 1028 room for 2 which was large and had very good air conditioning 1022 - smaller room but was for 3 - air conditioning not so good and a much smaller room - which didn’t make sense really as it was for 3

The keycard had a problem everyday. we had to go up and down multiple times to fix our keycard since the door always had issues with opening. the ac was leaking.

The staff are very friendly and helpful also 5 mins walk the beach. Tons of restaurants close by

No Wi-Fi in the rooms and free lobby Wi-Fi is super slow

The hotel is overall very nice, we stayed in room for 3 people - the room was spacious, clean, well decorated. We loved the bartender in the bar - very sweet and funny guy! In overall, very good value for such little money, I cannot complain. My expectations were met.

Food: We are glad that we took half board option. Even though the dinners were varied, almost everything was too greasy and weirdly seasoned. Plus, if you aim to eat healthy, reduce your meat consumption or you are a vegetarian, the food variety is very poor and you get to eat fresh vegetables with rice + asking the staff all the time if the meal contains meat. Staff: Everybody was very nice to us, however, almost NOBODY wore a mask covering the mouth AND nose, many weren't wearing any mask o_O. Usually, we saw staff with their masks under their noses and chins - even though there are signs everywhere that everyone must wear masks all the time and if not there is a penalty of 300lv. Room: Our room was very nice and modern, however, the bathroom and AC would need reconstruction as well. When we turned on the AC, it started dripping water from the ceiling, ending in a wet ceiling and consequently moldy wall. Ew. Luckily we traveled in September when due to colder weather we didn't need the AC. Gym: I suggest hotel not to advertise the gym. It was only one very small, very dark room with one bench and one rotoped - which would be ok, if the room was clean and bright. Plus, the gym facility is not owned by the hotel itself, thus it is not open everyday.

The restaurant administrator was really friendly and tried to do everything so he can make everyone happy. Except him and his girl all the other employees looked bored and unhelpful.

The bathroom had problems, water was flowing from the shower bathroom sink. It was fixed after complains but there was no cleaning after the guy fixed things. A piece of cloth he used when fixing was kept on the floor till we checked out. It was our third stay and things are degrading from one year to another. Food was also at a lower quality compared with last years. We had two dinners which were quite good but the rest of the days there wasn't anything special.

I liked the hotel and enjoyed my holiday there! The staff was very lovely and helpful. The food was pretty okay and they have kinda a lot of options. The whole hotel was super clean. There are too many people around who are cleaning. The beds were comfy. I can highly recommend you can be sure it's worth it.

The only bad point is wifi is not working well and I was a bit disappointed.

I loved the hospitality and willingness to help of everyone of the staff, the good food, the drinka, the entertainment at the pool. ❤ I would suggest more emphasis on evening programmes for tourists such as disco nights in the hotel, especially if the local clubs are not functioning. It would be great to create some bonds for those who come alone. Also, some improvement could be made on the staff's level of English, sometimes it can be hard to communicate. 🤕 But other than this, I am sure to come back some day. 👍

The shampoo, shower gel or body lotion should be supplied when over. But just a minor detail.

- top sea view - clean room - towels were changed every day - 5 min to the seaside - nice location, not in the noisy area of the Sunny Beach - good sound isolation

- worst and disgusting food ever as well as people who always were rude staying in the line I mean I could only eat fruits and sometimes waffles at the breakfast, and maybe fries in the evening ( we had breakfast and dinner ) - personal was not friendly only the young girl at the reception was nice! - strange that the cleaning lady could come into the room even if we closed it, the do not disturb thing was not provided - smell of the food around the whole hotel, the clothes had also this disgusting smell - impossible to use wifi in the room, especially if 2 devices are connected, very slow, and not user friendly login every time

The room in the hotel was really good.

The staff were not polite. They didn't speak much english and communication was hard. We were a little bit late for checking out and they were agressive and they requested 20 levei extra charge for late check out. The food is okay.

Lovely stay! The stay was made better by the fantastic barman! He tells me he makes his whiskey himself.. I'm still not sure haha but it was perfect! Location was great, rooms nice and clean and maintained once a day. Will defo revisit.
