Lovely location close to ferry Hotel getting old and tired could be nice if some time and money spent on it

The room! Got bottom room facing the water, was 2 single beds and a dbl bed, had 2 chairs aswell as a couch, room was big and was only 2 of us.

Nothing, all good as always

I am in town visiting my family who are from Dunoon so this was a nice and familiar place to stay. It was comfortable and in an excellent location.

I could not give you anything that I did not like. Everything was very nice.

Perfect location for me near the ferry terminal, and the views over the loch were wonderful. Staff were very friendly and helpful - even found a hairdryer for me. The room was clean, with cosy bedding.

It’s an old building, so not altogether surprising that the floorboards were very creaky (apologies to anyone in the room below mine). The floor sloped too so when you turned over in bed, it felt as if you might roll out! The bed was a bit too soft for me, but it might equally suit others. The bathroom, however, was quite odd. The bath was under the eaves and the shower overhead was surrounded by a curved curtain that was very big and couldn’t be pulled back along the rail. I found it near impossible to get the water temperature right.
