El lugar es fantástico, las instalaciones, la gente, la comida, el ambiente, los perritos. Todo!!! Se siente una paz y una energía increíble y queda a solo 10 minutos caminando de la plaza mayor de villa de Leyva

No tengo queja del alojamiento

As noted by others, the staff on site were very hospitable, helpful, and charming. The breakfast was above average for Colombia. The location is only a 15 min walk into the centre, which I find quite enjoyable.

I had happily booked outside of town because I wanted a few nights rest with peace and quiet but be able to walk into town easily. Unfortunately it wasn't as restful as hoped. Neighbourhood dogs bark loudly and almost constantly (and I mean really loudly and constantly), to the extent that it’s difficult to relax and you are also repeatedly woken in the night. Note this has nothing to do with the property’s dogs, who are delightful. Also as mentioned by other reviewers, there are no proper curtains in the accommodation, only nets that let through 99% of light. I had to wear a mask (on top of the already inserted earplugs) in order to try to sleep to a sensible hour. Upon booking I was contacted via Whattsapp to be told that a 50% payment was expected via transfer, Credit card or Paypal, which would incur additional 5 or 7% charges. The Booking website VERY clearly states that no prepayment is needed and you pay cash at the accommodation. Whilst the hotel is advertised as a 3*, I didn't find the facilities matched this. There's no communal area to sit and relax, the shower was an attachment to the shower head that gave tepid water at best, and the sofa in the room had clearly been a favourite seating area for many dogs at some stage. Maybe I just had the worst room. Overall I will confess to having been disappointed. If visiting Villa de Leyva again (a beautiful town) I would choose somewhere else, despite the super friendly staff.

Su localización, que todo es impecable, el desayuno es muy rico y no escatiman en hacerlo sentir a uno muy bien, se pueden llevar mascotas (foster que es una de las mascotas que está en el lugar, es el mejor anfitrión ❤️) 10/10

La amabilidad de su personal y las instalaciones del hotel

Un lugar muy tranquilo para descansar con un personal muy amable. Nos sentimos muy bien atendidos como en casa.

Excelente la atención de los anfitriones los cuales lo hacen sentir como miembro de la familia, la ubicación es sensacional en un entorno realmente campestre que se escuchan el cantar de las aves - aire limpio, las mascotas son muy amigables e inolvidables, el desayuno uno de los mejores que he probado en mi vida alrededor del mundo, todo queda a escasos minutos (terminal de buses - plaza mayor - restaurantes - museo del fosil), las instalaciones muy modernas al igual que con un toque colonial de un excelente gusto y todo facilita el pleno comfort del huésped.

The staff is super friendly and they make you feel like you are family. The food was delicious and it is a nice place where you can relax and have great memories. I definitely recommend El Pozzo. Everything was very clean.

The shower runs hot water and sometimes gets very hot .
