This place was great. Walk to shopping and restaurants. Lots of dear and even wild horses down the street. The host and property were great. Reed provided everything we needed for our 5 night stay. House is well situated for a family especially with smart tv’s in every room. Would definitely stay here again

We loved the house and the openness of the living space. My favorite part of the house was the picture window in the front. We loved to see all the deer in the front yard and along the side of the house. The fenced in yard in the back was great for our dogs. The picture window was great to watch the snow fall…amazing!!

Cutest park 2 blocks away. Beautiful decorations for Christmas. King bed was comfortable (the only one we used)

What a great property! We enjoyed our Thanksgiving stay. Fully stocked kitchen made it easy to cook our Thanksgiving meal. Excellent communication with the host. He made sure everything was perfect. Great fenced yard for doggos. Will look forward to staying here again.

Corner home with carport. Quiet neighborhood. Deer in front yard daily. Small fenced backyard was great for our dog. Comfortable furniture & beds. Easy access to shops & restaurants. Great communication with owner.

My family and i stayed 6 nights here. The house had plenty of room for us too soirees out and not be underfoot. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances, utensils, and dishes. Even coffee and creamer. Bathrooms had plenty of towels and extra toilet paper.
The property is close to shopping and restaurants.
Added bonus was seeing the wildlife across the street and in the backyard. This was the first time i heard elk and was startled at first.
Overall great priory and great manager.
I hope too make this a vacation destination.

Property was clean and comfortable and in a great location for us. Had deer in the yard every day. Always enjoy the wildlife. Even had a raccoon in the backyard one night.

This property is ideally located close to town and the park. We enjoyed seeing wild horses and deer that passed by in the mornings.

The house is cute with good bones. The open floor plan was great for meal prep conversations without getting in the cook's way.
We walked into town for meals, to visit the live music and to shop.
The owner was quick to respond to questions and asked for feedback on our stay.
Convenient to great hiking or biking.

Reed was an amazing host! We decided to take this trip last minute and he was able to accommodate us same day…. Within hours! The house was clean, well stocked and lovely. The open concept of the home made it very spacious for a large family with pets. We will definitely stay again!

The house was clean although a little dated. Had everything we needed. I’m not a fan of streaming tv service but that information was on the property description. There were restaurants and shops within walking distance.

This property was perfectly located next to Grindstone Lake and within walking distance ti the shops and food downtown. Checking in and out was super easy. The host was attentive in answering any questions. I’d definitely stay again.

I was close to giving this property a 5 star review. Great location, and the property was exactly as advertised.
However it wasn’t until after we checked out that the owner charged an additional $75 pet fee (not damage related) that was not in the rental agreement. I would check other listings first before booking with this guy.

Everything was clean and as described. Very nice , Quiet, and friendly neighborhood and within walking distance of shopping. We especially enjoyed watching the friendly deer in early morning.
Wish we had stayed longer.

We stayed here for a long weekend and absolutely loved it. It’s a short walk into the village so you don’t need to drive down. Grindstone lake is also near by (perfect for fishing). The house is very clean and well equipped for every need. Reed is a great host who responded to any question we had in a very fast manner. Would stay here again!

The Ruidoso Clover Cabin is very livable and enjoyable. Its den, kitchen, dining area is large and well furnished. The three bedrooms work well, though the third is a daybed that sleeps well. We plan to return when we want a cabin near midtown.

My friends and I stayed for a day, and it was perfect. The house was impeccable. The location was great, very close to town and trails. The owners are very friendly, we didn't have the pleassure to meet them, but they were always in touch making sure everything was perfect for our trip. I highly recommend it.

This was our second visit to this property. Love the open kitchen and living room area. The location is awesome being one block away from Suddereth St. Hallway bathroom is great but the shower in the master bedroom is tiny. TVs in all three bedrooms was a treat for us so everyone could watch what they wanted. We've seen deer walk by the house on both of our stays. Wish the fireplace was operable but we really enjoyed our stay and we will be back again!

Nice place to stay. Close to downtown (it's an easy walk) and great scenery from your front porch. Every morning there were Deer and/or Elk in our yard; so wonderful to watch these beautiful animals roam through the neighborhoods. I love Ruidoso!!!!
