My wife and I recently sold our town home which we owned out right in Santa Monica and it was part of our major move out of Los Angeles because Los Angeles of course is going through some very tough challenging times right now this is 2021.
So we had to find a place to live in for about 60 days before we moved out of California which were glad we did and it turned out that unit that we had was located on the 5th floor which the building is 5 floors tall and it was at the end of a hallway so we only had to share one wall with the section of a couple of interruptions the place was very quiet and enjoyable and loud a scenic image to enjoy our last few weeks in Los Angeles. We moved out after 32 years we made a fortune on selling our previous home and now we're off to the Southeast where living will be safe and enjoyable for all of those entering LA please know that once upon a time it was a wonderful afrovest in place to live it is now not that if you're leaving LA we applaud you if you're thinking about coming you should Think again
The place suited our needs very nicely it was very pricey but at the time we needed a place to live we had secured parking we had a secured house and everything went well and by the way our cat really enjoyed the place and everything was it was exactly as they said it would be goodbye yelgood bye LA and thank you VRBO
