The apartment was very clean and cozy. The furniture and beds were comfortable. The owner (Jeff) was very responsive and communicative. It was in a very nice location. Its about 3 blocks away from the Timpanogos Temple. I would totally stay here again.

This place is located in a quiet neighborhood located near the base of the mountains. The kitchen was well stocked, with complimentary snacks. The bathrooms and laundry were clean with free laundry detergent and dryer sheets. The beds were comfortable and warm linens. The seating area has a nice tv and comfortable couch and chairs. We played a lot of ping pong and played outside in the snow. The hosts communicated well with us and the place was easy to find with clear check in and check out instructions. We plan on staying there again and would highly recommended it.

This is a great spot tucked away in a great residential area. The homeowner was present and attentive and helped answer questions and support a LOT. They are great and I'll definitely stay here again in the future. A++

My family loved staying in this beautiful basement apartment. The rooms were nice and big, the living room has a nice comfy couch, the yard and swing we're great for our young kids and the ping pong table was an awesome bonus. The hosts were so kind and sent us lots of ideas on things to do in the area. They even invited us to pick fresh veggies from their garden. This home has everything you'd ever need! We would absolutely stay again.

We loved the apartment. Pictures don't do it justice. The place is much bigger than it appears. If you like to cook, the kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, all utensils and cook wear, even some baking pans. The neighborhood is beautiful and close to everything.
We would stay here again, for sure, if we come back this way.

We thought this was too good to be true with how affordable this space was. All of these reviews are accurate. It’s clean, homey, in a beautiful neighborhood and setting and the hosts were so great at communicating pre check-in. We have this saved to come back again!

Property was great and is in a great location for easy access to I-15, shopping, etc.. Everything was laid out really well, staples available in the kitchen, bathroom amenities were great. Added bonus was the access to fresh veggies from the extensive garden - thank you!

This is such a lovely property, in a beautiful neighborhood. The owners were a dream to work with. Comfy beds, well stocked kitchen. The location is super convenient. I had family over who all thought it was great! Definitely would stay here again.

This is by far one of the best VBRO homes we have stayed in. Our hosts were very responsive and helped when needed and even though they live above we never heard a peep! The home is immaculate and the kitchen has everything you need and they left us water and popcorn and many spices, flour, sugar though we didn't use them. The beds are extremely comfy and there is a large TV in every room (unfortunately we don't watch them!!). The ping pong table was a lot of fun. The home is conveniently located to all Provo and Salt Lake have to offer and very near to grocery stores and restaurants! Check in and out was a breeze and very easy to find. We would highly recommend anyone to stay here you won't be disappointed!

The rental unit is the bottom floor of the owner’s home. It is bright with large windows, immaculately clean and uncluttered with lovely furnishings, comfortable beds and a cozy atmosphere. We would highly recommend this property.

This is one of my favorite properties I've stayed in. It was so clean, incredibly comfortable and in a great location. The king bed was honestly heaven. I slept so great both nights. The bathroom towels were thick & fluffy and the shower was big & very nice. I loved having the icemaker on the fridge & even though I didn't use much the kitchen was well stocked. Getting in was easy with the lockbox and parking was great. It had just snowed but the driveway & the path to the basement entrance were clear & safe. This was supposed to be a Christmas shopping weekend with my friend however she was sick so it was just me. I already told her we need to book this property again for our trip next year.

We stayed here for the Thanksgiving holiday on a short turn around trip. This location was perfect, not far from where the events were in Orem.
This two bed was very roomy and If I could have, I would have taken the bed with me. It was that comfortable. Everything you need at your fingertips.

We had a great stay! The beds were very comfortable and we had everything we needed during our stay. We loved the washer and dryer and we even used a fire pit out back which was fun! It was clean and we would definetly stay here again!

Very clean and comfy space. I appreciated the little details the most…. an email with favorite trail and driving loop in the area, snacks in the kitchen, an invitation to enjoy a fresh treat from his garden, easy check in process, off street parking, and some games in the closet.

The accommodations were wonderful. The apartment was clean and spacious. We had everything that we needed. The King bed was heavenly and we slept great. Jeff was super helpful and friendly. The area is also well located with access to everything.

Perfect place to stay!
We stayed at Jeff’s place for over 5 months while waiting for our home to be built. It could not have been more ideal! His place is in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood with great off street parking, but close and convenient to shopping and other amenities. It’s an open, spacious apartment in a bright, walkout basement. We had everything needed for a longer stay- great well stocked kitchen, desk for our computer, nice washer and dryer and the most comfortable king bed we’ve slept on. We enjoyed grilling on the gas bbq on a private patio which overlooks a beautiful, well manicured yard. Jeff is a very kind and hospitable host and went out of his way throughout our entire stay to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. He was very accommodating and quick to respond to our questions and needs. We couldn’t recommend this place more highly. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay Jeff!
